I wear a lot of makeup regularly as well as lash extensions so I'm constantly focusing on my under eye area specifically. When I applied this cream at night the first time, it immediately brightened my under eyes! The texture and feel of the cream is light and smooth like water which I also really loved(versus a heavy/thick cream).Overtime as I continued to use this repair eye cream nightly I noticed a good improvement in my dark circles brightening. I also looked more rested and awake and looked more "youtful". Honestly, I'm so glad I got to sample this repair eye cream! I love it and would definitely recommend it, I have no complaints and think it works great for all skin types and ages

I contacted Estee Lauder to inform them and ask them to replace this full size cream with another full size eye cream that I have used in the past. The Estee Lauder associate never asked what reaction I had, nor wanted to know which product and said she didn't have the authority to send a replacement. I even asked"so you don't want to know which eye cream I was allergic to?" Then she asked me if it was the advanced night repair Eye Gel. So they obviously know there is an issue. She said she would transfer me to an order agent and they would record it and figure out how to proceed. I was so excited to try this product but unfortunately I wasn't impressed. It feels great applied and a little goes a long way. You can feel how hydrating it is. It's not too thick or heavy and it absorbs quickly. The gel consistency is nice. However, I don't think this did anything for the eye area other than keep it hydrated. I don't see any benefits. That being said, I have very dry skin around my eyes so it being hydrating is good enough for me for what I'm looking for.Unfortunately, after about two weeks, this product started irritating the skin on my eyelids causing them to be red and itchy. I must say this gel cream is pretty great TEMPORARILY. I have dark circles and puffy eyes which can be a curse. But nothing fixes the issues better than sticking to a clean diet. I do not believe in a quick fix. I've never believed in any brand of eye cream. Eye creams to my understanding have been overpriced night cream in tiny jars. But I do like this eye cream. It is lightweight, free from synthetic fragrance, parabens, sulfate, mineral oil, paraffin, and the botanicals infused in this recipe are impressive; Watermelon fruit extract, Algae extract, Apple extract, and Lentil extract among others have been linked to anti-aging effects. It is very reminiscent of a gel but has so much more hydration. It has a very silky smooth glide to it that quickly sinks into your skin so beautifully and leaves it feeling so soft. The slight bounce of the gel-crème transfers onto the skin restoring elasticity and leaving it looking plump and supple. I have already completed the consumer product questionnaire but wanted to also inform future buyers to be cautious when purchasing this product. I only dabbed a pea sized amount on each undereye area for a couple days when I started to experience redness/sensitivity/stinging/swelling around my under eyelids. At first, I thought it was just outside allergies so I continued to use it (didnt go away). Then I stopped using the product and noticed the symptoms began to calm after a day. It took about a week to fully heal due to the sensitive area. A couple weeks later, I used it a second time and, sure enough, the same reaction started after a couple days. That's when I confirmed this product was giving me that reaction.
