Provides decent coverage without creasing or drying out. It’s easy to blend out, and has a good work time, it doesn’t dry down immediately. It’s not incredibly full coverage, i would say it’s closer to medium coverage. Price wise, it’s a bit higher than I would normally spend on a concealer, but since I almost exclusively wear the Double Wear Foundation, I wanted to try this out. I’m quite pleased with it and would either buy again or if I found a more budget friendly concealer in a comparable formula, I’d give it a chance.

I am constantly looking at new concealers. I have very dark under eyes, but i hate the casey full coverage look. I decided to try this concealer because of the moisture primer side. I was really hoping for dewy natural (NOT MATTE) under eyes with medium coverage. The primer felt great and deffiently kept my under eyes moisturizer throughout the day. The concealer on the other hand didn’t have amazing coverage. I also believe i got this in a shade slightly too light. I would however recommend this product to anyone with dry eyes and not super dark eyes! The packaging is also cool, but the concealer is forever coming out when closing it. It is a mess and leaves any makeup bag when traveling really messy:(

Disappointing

This concealer was a huge disappointment. I used it as directed and it was streaky and dry. Did not smooth out and looked awful, The young lady who attempted to help me didn't appear to know anything about products for mature skin. My experience at Ulta has been unsatisfactory many times due to these employees who have little knowledge about the skin care & makeup products they sell. It appears the only concern is a sale! A department store has more knowledgeable employees!

I've been looking for something that won't crease like Bye Bye Undereye because I have somewhat oily skin, but also won't look dry like Shape Tape. Finally! The BEST concealer ever!!

I have always been underwhelmed with concealers. When I was younger I could never find one that matched my skin colour and as I became older I hated the way they slid into the cracks of my wrinkles looking as though I had wrinkles face painted onto my skin. Permanent creases!! The primer in this is gorgeous, it stops the concealer moving on my face and the colour is perfectly matched (thanks to the ladies on the counter!) I also apply this on my side of mouth smile wrinkles and it stops foundation slipping into those line too. Sometimes, I only use this concealer and no additional makeup. I see the improvement, but nobody else knows I’m wearing anything and they comment on my skin. I also have sensitive skin but I don’t get any reactions to this. WIN, WIN, WIN!!

Great coverage and lasting power

I have tried literally every other Estée Lauder concealer, but they were never really pale or neutral enough for my very fair skin tone and I was never happy with the way they looked on the skin. I was introduced to this in Debenhams by an Estée Lauder sales girl who was incredibly nice and very helpful with recommendations... this concealer is amazing! The extra light 0.5N was a perfect match for my skin tone and had great buildabilty and lasting power. Maybe different shades have slightly different formulas because I don't understand the reviews below that said it had no coverage- I have bad dark circles and discolouration from a long term illness and some fine lines creeping in, and this hid everything! I'm so happy I found this product- and thank you Estée Lauder for extending your shade ranges to cater to the super pale and super dark girls- I also finally found a foundation match in your new Double Wear shade 0N1 Alabaster, which is a great match with this concealer and leaves my skin looking bright and flawless. Great for Dry Skin, Older Eyes

I don't understand the negative reviews here. Of course this isn't Shape Tape - and thank goodness it isn't! Shape Tape and others like it (Elf Camo) are so extremely dull, flat, and drying I can't imagine them really looking good on anyone but a teenager with oily skin. This Estee Lauder product is an adult product, I would say best for combination/dry to very dry skin. The dual system works flawlessly. The serum/primer dries quickly and the concealer itself is so unbelievably natural! It doesn't settle, doesn't crease, and brightens the eye area. It also works amazing as a spot concealer. Even in my late 30s I still get a breakout if I don't eat properly. Now in my 50's decided to buy my very 1st concealer since the skin under the eyes starts to get thinner and darker. So, I'm a "mascara and bb cream" kind of person. My go to foundation for full coverage is usually the healthy vitalist. I DO NOT SET MY FACE ON A DAILY BASIS SO PLEASE KEEP THAT IN MIND :) I usually do my base, a little bronzer, a swipe or so of highlight on the usual spots, and that's about it. Part of this somewhere is usually the flower beauty light illusion concealer. It is my go to concealer and I nothing could replace it. Then I tried this. It goes on very sparingly, which I appreciate greatly. It's one of those concealers that you can and should blend with your finger on those light coverage days. It adds just that hint of brightness for a highlight shade, and I usually spot conceal with something closer to my bases shade. I am new to using concealer, I wanted to purchase another brand but got this one due to the Ulta store I was at did not carry lancome. I used Estee under one eye without the hydra prep and one with it. I use IT pore setting powder. I notice a big difference with the hydra prep side, it was smoother and evened out to my face nicely. I am over 50 so fine lines are smoothed out much better and I feel the key is to master putting concealer on and with COVID19 we can't get the lovely assistance with the Ulta staff. I primer my face and under eyes with lancome prep and matte primer first, let it dry, then then put concealer on with a sponge, and us setting powder. I am also trying lancome Maquicomplete concealer, so I am on the fence with both.
