had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on
the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion.
She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

Well I searched three every product and my color is not on here. I have the estee lauder pure color envy kissable lip shine in #112 angel gleam. It is absolutely amazing! I recieved mine in a pre order for estee lauder summer 8 piece gift with purchase(so happy I placed 2 separate orders and got 2!) The lipstick and lipgloss are absolutely amazing!! I love estee lauder products and use alot of them( all except their horrible eyeliners) this lipgloss makes a beautiful natural lip which I love or just added shine with the lipstick! It isn't sticky. I love the Lil brush application, a Lil goes a looong way, and it stays on forever!! Highly recommend!!

They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! I just received this gloss and it has a way more intense colour than I expected. Based on the live camera try and the pictures on the model, the colour I expected was almost like a muted mauvy kind of colour. But it's a dark red instead. I came back to the website to check if I ordered the wrong one, and that's when I realized the colour on the model and what shows on your camera trial looks very different than the colour on the picture that shows a swipe. If only I had noticed that earlier. When selecting your shade, don't rely on the model/camera view and look at the other picture that shows the colour. It's a truer reflection of what you'll get. Other than that, it's pretty intense in colour, very glossy, doesn't feel sticky and leaves the lips soft. I found the ... Tempt and Tease is the PERFECT replacement for the discontinued one called Tempting Melon. The online beauty advisor suggested trying Tempt And Tease when I was so sad they discontinued Tempting Melon. It's very similar and I love it! It's a great pop of color for ANYONE.Before ordering, I read the online reviews about the applicator being stiff and hurting the lips. I was worried. Yes it is stiff when you first take out the applicator. This is a way you make it SOFT. Gently put the brush between your lips and bend it back and forth. Then it's SOFT, bendable and actually the most accurate applicator I have ever used on a lipgloss. I LOVE IT!!The color is so awesome for summer and doesn't have a weird taste. Get TEMPT & TEASE for summer!!

I ordered this gloss immediately after I saw it online. I ordered shades "baby baby" and " kiss kiss" . I was very excited when the package came. The packaging is good,as usual, but gloss itself is sticky. The applicator on baby baby shade was absolutely ridiculous- it did not bend or flex. The other one in kiss kiss shade was better and softer, but still not comfortable and seemed weird. I wish they did regular applicator, which is much convenient. Besides that, shade baby baby is too pale on lips and clings into fine lines of my lips and looks weird, shade kiss kiss is too shiny. Overall, this is the first Ester Lauder product I was disappointed in. Did not like it, and for the price defined not going to buy it again.

These lip glosses are super shiny and lovely. I'm not sure what all the complaints are about the applicator. It's definitely different and unique, but it works just fine and I have come to love it. It's mostly solid and compact with little tiny hairs on the very end that help smooth out the gloss on the edge of your lip line. As for color, I've tried several: 104 Naked Truth is the perfect nude for every day, 108 Kiss Me is a shimmery nude with glitter, and 307 Wicked Gleam is a deep red perfect for formal evenings. I highly recommend any of these but my favorite is 108 Kiss Me.

I purchased the Lush Merlot lip gloss to compliment my Insulent Plum lipstick. This lip gloss is messy and runny! The color is good, however, no matter what I do, the gloss cakes up on the outside rim. I have even tried leaving it at home on my counter in an upright position, but the gloss still runs and and leaks onto the bottle. I don't have a problem with the brush applicator as some of the other reviews state, but I absolutely am displeased with the runny formula. This is different from the previous gloss with the sponge that has a thicker consistency. I actually want a refund, but the container is half empty so I am likely stuck with it. I do not recommend this product to others.
