Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv Ultimate Lift Regenerating Youth Creme Rich

I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I've been increasingly using Beauty Affairs over some of the other e-commerce websites like Look fantastic and Strawberry net. Not only are they comparable on price their customer service blows the others out of the water. As soon as you have an issue that requires customer service to be, involved you notice the huge difference. Beauty Affairs went to lengths to resolve an issue where I purchased the incorrect skincare product while on offer. The process of exchanging it, even though the product wasn't on offer anymore, was very easy and definitely far better than my experience with other sites.

But really I wanted to come here and give thanks and my 5 stars to Beauty Affairs! In this current climate (covid) it’s been tough.... I’m a mum of three with a small baby and a child with special needs who as anyone in NSW would know r home doing school.... shops aren’t open anyway and I have been in real need of a “glow up” Beauty Affairs helped me! How? First off, they have great customer service! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! To me those are two of the most important things! I can’t go out I don’t have time to do anything... I appreciate anyone who can get me my stuff quick and who actually get back to you! I just have to take a moment to give a shout-out to the team over Beauty Affairs and this awesome little (perhaps not so little :)) company. EVERY time I place an order, it's always perfect. Great deals and prices, great communication, super-fast delivery, great range of GENUINE products. I can't even tell you what their customer service is like because I've never had need of it before! They're that good! Thanks so much to Beauty Affairs for always making shopping for what I need so easy. You guys are the best :) Xx

Air pocket

I am new to the Estée Lauder family but am happy I've made the change. One thing that disappointed me was the "air pocket" in the product container mentioned by Trish from Edmonton in May,2022. I too found this in the container I purchased.I called my Estée Lauder representative and she said she had never heard this complaint but asked me to bring in my receipt and product. She was a complete professional and over the top in customer service. She addressed my situation to my satisfaction but told me that when she opened her "tester" container, she noticed the same thing too.One has to wonder if this is a manufacturing defect or if this has been happening all along. Best moisturizer

I absolutely love this creme. I first tried it 5 years ago and stopped for a few years as it is pricey. However, all of the substitutes I've tried since pale in comparison. So I decided to invest and go back to this amazing creme. Some Estee moisturizers have a reputation for their strong perfume scent. With my allergies and sensitive skin, I have to stay away from those. But Re-Nutriv is different. It has a light scent but it's not overpowering or perfumy. It is very gentle on my skin and seals in the moisture like nothing else on the market. I can use it in my harsh northeastern winter low humidity climate and also in the warmer months.I use advanced night repair serum underneath, and the combination is absolutely perfect. Re-Nutriv Cream works

It took me about 18 months of exploring the different EL moisturizers, trying to find one that was the right fit for the "mature" woman's skin who is also not a millionaire. The Re-Nutriv Ultimate ...Youth Cream is wonderful and works for me. Despite its hefty price, it is worth every penny. I use it everyday as my day moisturizer, and it has visibly improved my skin: resilience, softness, tone, wrinkles. I highly recommend. My routine is: the Re-Nutriv Youth Cream for daytime on face, using either the Resilience Multi-effect cream or the Revitalizing Supreme cream for neck and décolletage (these are more unctuous for neck area); and at night, I use the Re-Nutriv eye cream for eyes and the Revitalizing Supreme Night Cream for face. The Best Eye Crème - Highly Recommended!

Undoubtedly the best eye crème Estee Lauder has produced in a very long time! Finally, an eye-crème just as good as the Re-Nutriv Intensive Lifting Eye Cream from 1998!It absorbs fairly quickly without leaving an oily residue and will provide moisture to the delicate eye area throughout the day/night.It will not migrate into the eyes.It contains light reflecting particles that will leave a noticeable lightened area around the eyes.This eye crème is definitely giving nature (and us) a helping hand with visible results!Sadly, I no longer seem to find it anywhere and desperately hoping that Estee Lauder is not discontinuing this gem too!
