Not the greatest quality. Was not impressed when we got it but thought it would atleast last a few years. But now it has bent at the connection to the wall and fallen off. Dont waste your money. Get something a little more expensive but will last.

I'll doubt this piece of rubbish will last a week before it ends up being thrown into the recycling bin right along side the cardboard box it came in ,On second thoughts ; Maybe i should have just drilled & screwed the cardboard box to the wall i'm sure it would have been a lot stronger ,

Easy to install, looks nice and certainly holds the bath towel fine. It is very light weight though, so wouldn't recommend putting anything ultra-heavy on it. Price is okay.

Have had these in a few sizes for little under a year and they do not hold much more than a hand towel. Brackets bend way too easily as there is not enough room to safely put towels on and off. Especially with kids
The towel rail that I chose is the right size and configuration for the space that I I intended it for, and subsequently mounted it. Very happy!
This towel rail has slot headed grub screws instead of allen key ones making it next to impossible to find a screwdriver that fits. The instructions give no info for how far apart to drill the holes and you can't hold the brackets to see as the screws are hidden behind them. Once installed the rail is fine, it's just getting it there that's the problem.
Very flimsy rod which flexes easily. Will be returning. Easy enough to install, however no help given about the size of the drill bit to use. Suggest 7mm.
Bought today to replace an existing (broken) rail. Wanted to use existing mounting point and the 760mm perfectly matched the old rail length. BUT, there is too much give in the stems that it ended up being too short by mom’s. Which of course meant that the rails didn’t stay in the stems
Terrible quality. Flimsy, thin bars that are loose and rattle and squeak as they roll around. Would last about a week with average use. Will have to return. :(
Hi There, I purchased based on the pics and description. On receipt of the goods, they are very poorly made and very lightweight. Most likely fall apart from weight of towel. I have not intalled the product and remaind new in the box.
