Was having trouble with my nails, they were brittle and peeling. Used this product and the result are good, does take about 8 weeks to notice a difference, but persevere the results will happen. Pharmacy Online have best price for these. I will be a repeat customer.

Love that this contains kelp... Which is antiinflammatory and anti ageing and great for underactive thyroid... I take at night after dinner. Good product. This brand is great.
I have been taking this supplement for 2 months now and am very happy with the state of my nails. I keep my hair short and get it cut regularly but my hairdresser is impressed with how good my hair feels. Just about to purchase my 4th bottle as it’s impossible to find anywhere but NL. Also, it doesn’t make my tummy feel sick which is why I had to stop taking the Swisse brand.

Great supplement, easy to take and no after taste. This helped my mum's hair grow back in a bald spot. For me it helps with hair fall if I take regularly.
I take this supplement because I have (for the first time in my life) acne, think from stress /hormones. Although this hasn't given me my old clear skin (I haven't reduced my stress....) it has calmed it down and it's hasn't gotten worse, to me that's a result. Been taking for around 4months now.
If this works for you or not will depend on whether your skin and hair issues are due to a deficiency, if you are deficient this would help that root cause. If not, then it might be something else like low iron or thyroid issues etc. I notice a difference if I take this regularly.
