Tastes good, don’t need much. I like to mix in with my yoghurt. No strong fish odour like other tablets (no fish odour at all). I like that it’s a liquid, as opposed to another annoying pill to take. Adjust your potency based on how much you take. I suggested this to my naturopath for her to try and recommend! Only thing that would make this better would be a dropper instead of pouring into the supplied cap - easier to dose but otherwise this is the best!!
Have read the quality control of this fish oil is great. I have noticed a difference in my skin. Much softer. Was very dry previously due to hormonal changes in menopause. Recommend. Taste is nice. I bought fruit punch. Easy to take straight off spoon.
I prefer taking this liquid fish oil to swallowing large capsules. Fruit punch has a pleasant flavour, tastes fine in smoothies. Healthpost has excellent two day delivery service
I bought this one month ago for my very fussy 11 yo son. We have tried different fish oils in the past and he just could not stomach them and refused to take it. He absolutely loves this fish oil and loves the peppermint taste, he just doesn’t taste the fish oil at all. A great product!
Pleasant flavour and easy to take. Have been taking this product for some years now and have kept very well so assume that a daily 5ml of fish oil is definitely of benefit to my overall good health.
This product has changed my life. It is the best fish oil I have ever tried with fantastic results. I suffer for cervical spondelosis in my neck and was unable to drive very far. After taking the hi strength fish oil I am now able to drive and see my family and friends with no ill effects or stiffness. I can highly recommend this product, and continue using it today. Apart from also recommending it to some of my business customers and friends too.
The product is good, but with our morning routine, we found it easier to remember to take the capsule form, so we’ll go back to capsules after trying this out. We tried it out figuring it was a little cheaper than the capsules at the time we purchased. However this did taste quite nice. We’ve used the capsules for years so maybe it’s just habit.
