Doctor suggested Essential Ingredients Magnesium as I occasionally have leg cramps. I find it extremely difficult to swallow. I have tried using a pill cutter to make it smaller, and still have trouble. Wish the shape was more streamlined (I have never had this problem with any other supplement).

These are a great vitamin tablet. Have been using them for approximately 2 years. They give me more energy and I now wake up in the morning a bit more refreshed. Would sleep up to 16 hours a day before taking these and now I sleep normal hours. I know it is is the tablets that have helped me as I didn't have them for 2 weeks and I went back to sleeping long hours. Would highly recommend them.
It's hard to tell how effective this has actually been in reducing joint pain and stiffness. I would've expected any effects to have happened within a week, or two at the most? It has taken several weeks now, but I'm finally feeling less pain. In saying that, I started taking other supplements a couple of weeks ago, so the reduced joint pain may be due to them as well/instead.
Love these tabs, they take a bit longer to get absorbed than the powder but are great and convenient for traveling. I use ethical Nutrients, Mega magnesium everyday. And have done for years. Highly recommend
I ordered this product expecting I would get the benefits and muscle relaxation, however I did not work as claimed. May be my body is different and didn't work for me, but I feel my money got wasted. But the other products are good hopefully.
I have taken magnesium sporadically over the years & sometimes it can be difficult to know if it is working or not. However I've found a direct correlation between the increased quality of my sleep & taking one of these about an hour before bed each night. Moods seem to be more leveled out too in last couple of months, so perhaps the magnesium too. Will continue to buy & thank you to the lady in the Dunedin Health 2000 that recommended this brand.
Been using this brand for years. Take one in the evening before bed and find it relaxes very quickly . Minimises cramps in the legs and Ifeet and I like the added b vitamin.
Taking this every second day because I have another type of magnesium as well. This is great! Helps me sleep well and alleviatesterrible cramps I can get in my feet - aargh.
