A great sofa and looks great in my living room. Pleased with the colour and the vintage leather. Comfy, and so far, no problems. Bought this sofa during a sale so fairly pleased all in all!

I'm extremely disappointed with this couch, and I regret buying it. I was so excited after testing it out in store and waiting a few months for it to be delivered. It looks great, but it is hard to put into words just how uncomfortable it is. Your bum slides on the cushions until you feel yourself half laying down which hurts my back, it is a constant struggle to remain upright. The filling is flimsy and you can feel the frame of the couch through the cushion. It is too thick in parts and too thin in others, using the chaise is impossible because it puts your legs up too high. There is more stuffing in the leg part of the chaise than the top part of the pillow which seems counter intuitive. This is the most expensive and worst couch I've ever owned. It's really demoralising to not be able to find any comfort in your home. If you are thinking of buying this couch I would recommend going to a physical store and sitting on it for a while. We did that, and the couch at the store was more comfortable than the one we ended up with, but if we had have sat on it longer in the store, we maybe would have realised it is not that comfy and bought something else.

We waited months to receive this sofa and I wish we never bought it. The padding density of the cushions disappears almost immediately upon sitting down. The cushions remain deflated, and squished out of shape even if you fluff them up which then makes you feel like you're sitting directly on the base which is hard and lower than a normal seat. Do not purchase.
