I purchased this sofa based on the floor stock in store. The sofa that turned up was called Vintage Tan, however was a very different colour to the sofa in store. When I asked why this was different I was given a vague response about it changing colour over time, I was not ok with this as the colour is so different I can’t see it changing that much. There was no fore warning when I made the purchase this was how the leather would behave. I dealt with Andrew at the Palmerston North store, his customer service is appalling, in person he is all about helping me, in reality, 7 weeks later I am still waiting for a resolution.
Love our new sofas. Quite a long wait to get them, but worth it!Instructions for assembly are good. 2 people makes it easier. Getting used to the feel, couch is getting used to us! Soft and feels comfy. Love the colour and look of the leather.
Purchased it on 26th May but get delivery on 9th July. What a long waiting. Other than that, all good. I am still waiting for the voucher for buying it. Hope it doesn't take that long to arrive. LOL
I went for the tan and the couches are fabulous! Go by the first picture for the most accurate depiction of the colour.Soft and comfy, yet not too low that older people struggle to get up - as my mother has verified!Seriously, if you want something that says quality, modern yet classic; and a warm rich colour that goes well with a variety of other colours then pick this. I'm so glad I did.
Not really happy with the 3 seater. It is uneven, pillows are different sizes, easily scrachable. The leather looks very thin like it's not real leather. Won't recommend this sofa to anyone
We love our new leather Eton Sofa. Not only does it look incredibly stylish, but it is super comfortable and functional and excellent quality.I had a fairly strong leather smell for the first week but that has gone now.I would recommend this sofa to anyone! We're very happy.
very soft and comfortable. Looks lovely. It was tricky to work out what kind of leather the sofa was. In store I was told it was not aniline leather. I explained I have pets so did not want sensitive aniline leather. The online video says aniline is not recommended for children and pets. 3 months later when the sofa arrived it turns out it is aniline. I would have selected a different model had I known. I explained in store and the staff still maintain it is not aniline. So I'm a little confused and disappointed in terms of information and communication. So am keeping sofa covered most of time.
