I have had my duvet cover for over a month now and have washed several times following the manufacturer's laundering instructions. The color of this duvet is gorgeous. I have two duvet covers and sheets sets I alternate between (we change and wash the bedding weekly) and this one is by far my favorite as far as looks and comfort. Love this cover despite the temporary staining, but I do question the durability for my particular lifestyle and how often we are laundering. Had I known more about bamboo up front I probably would not have spent so much and gone with a cheaper option to as a trial run.

When I opened up the cover to put my duvet in, the construction was cheap: I could have sewn this duvet myself at the age of 13 with my mom's broken sewing machine. I have washed these following care instructions, and the material still hasn’t held up. Buttons are cracking and thread is coming out of seams and buttons. Unfortunately I am very disappointed in this particular product.

I have several sets and the moss green has dulled so much it almost looks gray. Another thing that bothers me is the stitching. At least one pillow case from every set I have had sloppy stitch work. The duvet cover also gets insanely tangled in the dryer. I dry it on low and have to take it out half way through to untangle it which takes 5-10 minutes depending on how knotted it gets. Not sure how to avoid this but it’s beyond annoying. Probably won’t buy anymore duvet covers due to this and not sure the sheet sets are worth the price tag either with my ... Also if you have a featherbed topper on a pillow top mattress the sheets will be a tight fit and may frequently pull off on corners.
I give these sheets a 3 star because the material is Amazing!!! I have night sweats from a total hysterectomy since age 25...I'm now almost 38. I've never been able to find sheets that help me sleep cooler until I found this material. Having said that I also purchased a set of sheets from here also and from another company S&G and I use S&G sheets with this comforter. I deducted 2 stars because I would love to have had matching sheets from the same company that worked but no luck.... also this duvet cover needs to have ties or something to help secure it in the middle sections not just the 4 corners. My insert gets tangled and eventually comes undone on the corners bc its not secure enough with just the 4 corner ties. Everything else as far as color and durability ... Love my duvet cover! It’s so soft and the moss color is rich and just what I hoped it would be. I first got ettitude pillow cases from a subscription box a couple years ago and wanted to upgrade my duvet cover with this one ever since. I’m gladI finally got it! Once it arrived I was a little worried because I did not like the feel right out of the box- it was different than my pillow cases- but after one wash it softened up and was absolutely perfect. So far so good on the button holes holding up, which has been my main problem with other duvet covers. Very, very soft and luxurious feeling/looking though, I will continue to get ettitude products!
This is either the exact same size as the comforter or just a little smaller. The comforter hangs out the bottom by about a half inch. It’s pretty annoying. Also, they could’ve added more ties inside the duvet cover because the comforter slips around, it’s only held by four ties in the four corners. Very expensive for a design flaw like this. I emailed the company, they would replace it but I don’t see how that would be helpful since they are all the same size. I was going to buy other things from this company but it seems this is a constant issue. Either bathrobes are shrinking and frayed, towels or shrinking or duvet covers are already shrunk.
You know how hard it is to find a mature yet stylish bedding for a twin bed?!? It’s impossible to find something that isn’t princess/gaudy teenage prints or boring plain designs for a twin bed! Am I the weird one for being an adult that still uses a twin? Like I’m single and rather use my bedroom space differently than with a bigger bed than I need. However I was this close to simply buying a queen bed because it was so difficult to find a stylish mature elegant duvet cover. When I saw this advertise on my insta I was so sure they wouldn’t have twin size…..I cried when I noticed that they did. I’m in love with this duvet cover it’s so elegant and well made. If now they only carried their almond color one in a twin set I would die happy!
Honestly, I was so excited about this duvet cover and I am pretty disappointed with the quality. The fabric itself is awesome, very soft, softer over time, but the workmanship is just sub-par. When I first received it, there were stray threads in a bunch of different places. I decided to just roll with it and keep it anyways, even though I was confused, since it’s supposed to be “luxury” right? I’ve washed it a few times, delicate cycle, tumble dry lowest setting, and already a button has fallen off and there are stray threads everywhere. The stitching looks like some of my first sewing projects. Overall, I really expected more for the price and the marketing.

I purchased the bamboo comforter in summer weight to go along with the duvet cover - it simply does not fit in the duvet cover (too small). There is a LOT of excess fabric and there are only loops to secure the corners so it does not stay in place well. I have to readjust the position of the comforter inside the duvet cover every morning. In addition, I have noticed that the fabric very easily shows stains and they spread out. Any small amount of drool or the oils on your scalp/hair will leave very noticeable stains on the matching pillowcase and duvet cover. I'm not sure why ...
