Eucerin Eczema Relief Body Creme 8.0 Ounce

Great lotion for both mama and baby! My infant’s belly was covered in itchy eczema, causing her to incessantly scratch at her red skin. The pediatrician said it was likely due to the dry winter air. I first tried out this cream on my own eczema. It gave immediate itch relief that lasted for hours. My daughter seemed to notice the same immediate relief when I used it on her. Though the cream is thick, it quickly absorbs into the skin and doesn’t leave a greasy residue. It is unscented too. Within a few days, the redness and bumps on my daughter’s belly were totally gone. We only use the cream as needed, when any redness or bumps appear, and it quickly takes care of the issue.

This condition was and at times a nightmare horrible to watch in your child, my baby girl would suffer through the middle of the night scratching her skin raw at times, crying even wailing in pain, and feeling so overwhelmed in not being able to make her feel better fast enough . Once we tried Eucerin Baby Eczema Relief her skin began to retain moisture, her skin was smoother all around, and since using this product previously (about a year) she has had about 3 flare ups and have been kept at bay with this cream alone (I believe even more so since I was also complimentary given the Eucerin Baby Eczema Relief Cream Body Wash along with the cream). I just love this formula because of the consistency of the cream which is not watery or oily at all, the fact that there’s no steroids in this, and the relief I see in my daughter that she hasn’t gone through a flare up episode in a while. We still take any and all precautions given to parents of eczema babies by the National Eczema Association, but overall, this cream has been a life saver and I will forever recommend Eucerin to my family and friends (even if they don’t have eczema)!

I have eczema as well as dermatographia (skin writing) where pressure and/or scratching creates raised, red marks). Therefore my eczema and urticaria is not the flaky, dry patches like some, but like the pictures attached. This body cream has been the only lotion I’ve used that fully sinks into the skin and stops the chronic itching (that leads to the red marks). Other options have felt like a film on my skin making me feel even more uncomfortable. I tried so many eczema specific products but keep coming back to the eucerin because it truly is the best.

Best Product Ever For Major Eczema Sufferers

I bought this of of major need for for moderate to sometimes severe eczema that I experience. I have gone through seeing a dermatologist for my skin and have been prescribed a ton of stuff for my eczema and none of it helped my eczema in a major way at all. I honestly started to feel hopeless that I would ever find something that would truly make a major difference at all. Now, I don’t currently go to a dermatologist. I have tried so many OTC products to help with my this stuff is what I bought when I was going through a severe flare up and needed immediate help. The itching was so bad till I could barely stand it. Well, this product has been the best thing to ever help with my eczema and I use it everyday, without fail. Because, it is a true miracle worker for sure.

Effective Product

My baby and I have been using Eucerin Baby Eczema Relief Cream for awhile now and this cream has made my baby skin soft, itch free and irritation free. This rich, creamy lotion was easy to apply and and absorb fairly quickly. I love that this lotion is fragrance and steroid free. It has colloidal oatmeal, carmine 3, which helps relieve dry and itchy skin along with protective skin barrier. It definitely does provide 24 hours of hydration to the skin. It also doesn't make the skin feel oily or greasy like other creams I have used. For my baby and I it was definitely a healthier and better alternative to use. I highly recommend and would buy again. Got it for pityriasis lichenoides chronica

This is a miracle. I have pityriasis lichenoides chronica. The only “cure” is light therapy and I just don’t have the time or the money to spend on that. I have been using this every day and my flare ups have dropped significantly. There’s a part of my skin that would constantly get irritated after a warm shower. Now it barely happens anymore. I’ve tried ugly and uncomfortable topical ointments. This lotion is changing my life. (I’ve tried Goldbond although if has 1% more of the ingredient from here, this one is best). The formula is thick. It’s greasy for like a minute and then absorbs.

Helped With Really Bad Flare Up

Awesome product! I had a flare up on my arm that wouldn’t go away. This helped after just 2 days. My flare up is almost gone. I am getting laser tattoo removal and after treatments, I always have a tiny flare up that goes away after a few days. This time, they upped the strength of the laser and I had a massive flare up. It was super itchY, bright red, kept going further up my arm, the rash was very raised and swollen. I went a week with it just getting worse and worse. Then I started using this product and two days later, the flare up is almost gone! I reapplied throughout the day and at night and in the morning would wash the area with an Eczema Association approved face wash. I’d let it breathe for a bit and then apply the lotion again.

Holy Grail Moisturizer

This is my go-to moisturizer as someone with eczema (mostly on my face but sometimes I get patches on other parts of my body like my back or legs) and very dry skin living in a very dry climate. I tried a few other moisturizers over a decade ago when I was first diagnosed with eczema and when I tried this one, I haven't looked back. The other products I used would eventually begin irritating my skin (burning, itching, not moisturizing) after months of use but this one still works for me. A few of my cousin's kids had eczema and I recommended this to them and it worked for them. Works best after washing the area with cold water (and going through a skin care routine if you have one) and then applying asap to lock in mositure.

After trying many lotions, even some other varieties of Eucerin lotion and not finding any relief for my extremely dry hands I decided to give this eczema lotion a try. I compared its ingredients to the advanced version and noticed this one doesn’t have all of the alcohol or skin stripping things the other lotions have. This lotion is thick, creamy and noticeably better. It contains shea butter and colloidal oatmeal..both great for the skin. If you have been looking for a good lotion, give this one a try. I can’t believe I waited so long to try this one.
