Only received the baby monitor. No sock or base. Apparently a known issue because they're using amazon warehouse based on shipping location. I've been working with their support, but the items are now out of stock so who knows if I'll actually get them before the baby is born. Less than a month from my due date now.

I had the original Eufy baby monitor (non-wifi version). I loved about almost everything of it, but I wish it has the tilt and pan function when I zoom in. So we upgraded to the newer version for the second baby. The wifi connection is surprisingly quick and reliable, so we can just use our phone to check out the baby and never have to reach for the standalone monitor anymore! The 2K video is much clearer than the old 720P, so we can see the baby breathing and every little movement with confidence. I am glad that Eufy kept the price manageable and it is worth every penny of it.

I mean it does all the work for you, on the app it shows you when baby fell asleep, how long they slept, any wake ups over night/naps I mean just an amazing tool to have when sleep training, and overall managing the very sensitive first years of your baby’s life. The baby keeps the sock on all night even when kicking or moving around. I have such piece of mind knowing that it will notify me if anything goes wrong with the baby. In the matter of months I only had one false alarm on baby’s heart rate, so I can confidently say you won’t be receiving a bunch of random frightening bad alarms all night long. The app is very easy to use, the whole set up process was a breeze with a step by step directions provided, I mean just can’t recommend enough!

We started trying to track baby sleep manually using a variety of different apps but we would always forget and not do it right. The eufy sock has very accurate tracking and records everything through a comfortable sock for the baby. I like to wake up in the morning and see how did through the night, in the rare case we didn't hear something. The weekly report is great to understand the baby's sleep pattern. The camera with sound alert is also great and very handy if I'm in a room away from the baby.
Bought this product because a friend of mine recommended this to me.1. It's easy to install, only took me about 10 mins to get it installed.2. The monitoring video is super clear, compared with other monitoring camera I used before. I guess it's of 2K resolution.3. The camera can also show the current temperature of the room, which is a useful functionality for me when Jonas and me are not in the same room but I want to know if it's too hot/cold for him.4. My baby wears the socks while sleeping every night, for now we use the data from the app to know his sleep quality, still exploring other functionalities
I chose the Eufy because of all the great reviews I read about it but when I got it the camera couldn’t be paired with my phone, same with the sock it seams like I got used product that already been paired to a different phone. Then I returend it and ordered new one but got only half of the items so I gave up and return it again. I’m overall very disappointed because I love all the features that it offers but it’s not worth the hassle.

However, the shipping for BOTH is done through Amazon fulfillment centers. So essentially, there is a product that may or may not be incredible and help increase a mothers peace of mind, but it’s impossible to get your hands on… even when willing to spend the money.I understand that mistakes happen, but I’m so incredibly disappointed in Eufy’s lack of action to correct this issue. Why are they still allowing sales to take place if the issue is that large and cannot be resolved quickly? It’s been a waste of my time and energy, which are both hard to come by these days! Lol. Only willing to take yet more time to write this review in hopes of saving someone else the same headache I am currently dealing with.
I ordered the very expensive S340 Smart Sock that was marketed as including the 2k camera. Well - the smart sock arrived, but no camera.I contacted support and they very quickly got a replacement camera out to me. However, the replacement camera is not the 2k camera - it is the SpaceView add-on camera that ONLY works with a SpaceView monitor. It's a lower quality camera and completely useless with the Smart Sock.Ridiculous that a customer has to jump through so many hoops to get what they ordered when they're spending hundreds of dollars.
