I was skeptical and assumed it wouldn’t cleaned and never bought anything similar. This is my first robot that cleans and I will say I’m impressed it sweeps/vacuums and mops at the same time. It genuinely does a good job for a robot and doesn’t make too much noise you’ll know it’s cleaning but it won’t be bothersome and you could possibly forget it’s cleaning if your busy or not paying attention. It also doesn’t bump into things and can maneuver around chairs and furniture surprisingly well. Overall I know it’s pricey but it’s well worth it!

While this isn't a major issue, it's something to be aware of. Similarly, while it's vacuuming a carpet, it will still pause mid-way to go rinse out it's mopping pads since it's on a timer, even though it's not using them. These issues could be ignored, but also could be easily remedied by the software team in future updates if they choose to do so.Despite some strange quirks, this new Eufy robot definitely elevates the cleaning routine and my home has never been cleaner. I just bought a spin-mop not so long ago but now that's going in the deep corner of the closet...For a reliable and efficient robovac and mop combo with advanced AI and mapping features, the Eufy Clean X9 Pro is definitely worth considering. Hopefully it has a useful and long lifespan. I will update my review if anything worthy happens in the coming months!

Eufy only offers return shipping for products returned for "quality reasons". Which means that I would need to pay for shipping to return the cleaning station and tray @ a cost of $150 or more. I am absolutely sure Eufy is aware of the cost to return their products and for this reason, it would NOT make sense for customers to pay almost the cost of the purchase to return. I would like to see Eufy change this policy or only sell their products on Amazon where customers can get free return shipping! "BE WARE"

I am spoiled! I?ve had a couple robot vacuums before. With dogs and a lot of hardwood floors - they make perfect sense. The vacuums I have had just bounce around randomly and do a reasonable job.This. This one is different. Light years ahead. After going through the app and set up process it wonders around and builds a map of your house. Then whenever you want it to clean - you can pick a room. Or let it do its thing and the whole house will get done.It does perfect patterns like when cutting the lawn. You can have it vacuum or mop or both. You can vary the suction and mop water levels. And it senses when it goes over a throw rug so it doesn?t mop that as well.I know it?s pricey. But the time saved will pay for itself in a year. Love it. Love it.
I have two large dogs. This is important as I believe it makes my review more helpful. My two have a dog-door and run in and out as they please (lots of potential for dirt and disgustingness). This machine is worth every penny!!! Robot mapped the house easily and then followed the mop as it cleaned. It will periodically return to base to clean the mops, so it s not just circulating dirt around the house. (Don t forget to pick up your phone charges that was my fault little dude, I set you up for failure but you quickly rallied after I unwound the cord). My floors now look as good, if not better, than the day I loved in!I need Eufy to invent a robot shelf duster and a flying window cleaner. I d buy them all. Great products! I use their cameras and door locks, too.
This is probably about as close as you're going to get to a maid in a box.It does a great job for a robot vac. You will still want/need to use your regular vac now and then, particularly for around baseboards etc., bit I think that is common sense. Same with mopping, but it does do a better job than I expected for mopping, too.I can use it upstairs and not worry about it falling down the steps. I can have it clean the floors while I sit around like a lifeless lazy whale.The app is easy to use and I didn't have any problems with set up or boundaries.All in all, I'm glad I took the plunge with this. Sure wish one of these brands would make a robot steam mop, though!

I have had surgeries on both my ankle and rotator cuff and have other issues that make vacuuming and mopping a real chore.When I received this, I couldn't believe the size of the box alone. I had to drag it in the house could not lift. Once I opened and took everything out piece by piece, it was easy to set up. The only problem I had (and this is probably just me) was connecting it to my wi-fi. I had a previous Eufy so I already had the app and just added it. It mapped my house in less than 10 minutes. I found the room divisions odd, but I think I understand why they did that. It did struggle a bit on my medium to high shag carpet rug in the living room, but my other Eufy would not touch it. It did stop and give an error message every once in a while and I would just push the go arrow on the app and it would start again. I wondered maybe I had it on too low of a suction power to I raised it by one and the thing totally trudged through that carpet like nothing. Still wondering though, why it tried to go up my recliner legs that are slanted. Had to laugh.It did it's job well at maneuvering and lifting mops when detected carpet. Although I could not really figure out its pattern, I just should not watch it. I like the fact that the object detection works great so the bot does not touch the item. It comes close, recognizes it, then moves around. No more bumping into walls, etc. It went over whatever rugs I threw at it.It does go back frequently to wash the mops and then continues. I realized in the app you can change the time from 10 to 15 minutes. When it was through doing it's thing, I did my own test. I took a Wet Swiffer pad and went over various parts of the flooring. The pad came out clean. I also wore white socks around the house for a while and I was amazed they were very clean. I'm convinced. The water in the tank was pretty dirty too.Dislikes - Yes, the dust bin is pretty small compared to my other Eufy. Maybe has to make room for all the mopping addition. Would be nice if it automatically emptied, but not bad emptying after each use. Sometimes the ones with the bags, once you try to take them off to empty or throw out, punch out a bunch of dust in your face. It is really not bad doing it this way. I would rather have the water tanks that are bigger so I don't have to change those so often.It takes a while, but I was watching it the whole time and won't normally do that. It did go back frequently to wash the mops. The battery had to be charged once during the whole cycle. It is peppier than my previous unit.I couldn't figure out how to change a function in the middle of a cleaning. That may just be me and getting to know the functions of the machine. I guess reading the instructions might help.Overall, I think this Eufy is great. I love the vacuum and mop feature, the customization and the fact that it tackles shag rugs. I love the lifting mop, genius. There is another brand that is popular that has the automatic dust bin, but it doesn't have as much power and it seemed like the object detection was not as good. I can't really speak for that one as I have not tried it, but there were some things I did not need (the dust bin) for over $200 more.This is great in my book. Saves me a lot of pain. Plus, it is done at the same time, leaving me time for other things.

I've never written a review for a product before but felt like I had to with this one. Setup was quick and easy with me just plugging in the docking station and filling the water tank up. I let it charge for about an hr before having it map the whole house (about 3k sqft), which it did very accurately. It drained quite a bit of battery doing this, about 20-30% and took about 25 minutes to do so. I really enjoy the app as well; sending it to clean just one or two rooms instead of the whole easy is super easy. The only thing I could see improving in the future would be battery life and vacuum bin size. It's still an A+ in my book.

It's not too loud when working, the only noise that may be loud is when it's doing the cleaning process of the mops. you can set different floor mappings for different levels of you house also, but know you will have to carry the cleaning station to the other level to use.
