Had this installed about 15-18 months ago, still haven’t adjusted to it repeatedly completely turning off mid-cooking… as a feature. Just spent 35 minutes trying to boil water for Ravioli. The ravioli takes 5 mins to cook so it’s supposed to be a 10-15 minute meal. Happens with all manner of meals as ,like I previously stated, that’s a feature of the product. Finally gave up on the Ravioli and settled on takeaway.

Review by GCCC is almost identical to my experience and that's after I had the first one replaced that didn't work from day 1. Took 3 mths to get it replaced and this ine is doing exactly what other review says, turns on off, and elements are marking si looks years old already.
Looks great works well. Touch controls are a treat to use
I was advised this was the only stove top I could get because of the size of the home in my bench only to find out threes is a bracket you BM can have fitted to make a larger hole made smallerAnyway stay away from this stoveIt takes forever to boil water the elements turn off when more than one is onAnd they touch buttons are at the front so every time you touch the front of the stove just to put a spoon or lid down the whole thing turns offNever again!On purchasing the element was broken and I had to fight to get the brand new broke stove replacedAnd even one that is t broken is so not user friendly and inadequate to say the leastI’m getting a new bench top just so I can get rid of this heap of crap!
