Bought in Feb, noisy parts needed replacing. Eventually replaced machine. Now different problem. Eight months of pain still not fixed. Very, very long wait time for any service and parts. Will not buy this brand again. So, so frustrated with all the chasing around just to get a well functioning machine.

I spoke to an Appliance Online staff member on the phone before ordering because of my unusual bathroom/laundry set up. Was told that if I provided a particular/correct pipe from Bunnings the install delivery guys would be able to set it up for me - when they arrived, they told me they were unable to use the pipe I provided and weren't going to install it. They were very abrupt and left before I could even get a proper conversation out of them! I have since had to organise my own plumber for the install (the pipe I had bought from Bunnings was correct though!). It would be good to note on the product description that the outlet pipe for this machine isn't standard. That being said, the machine is great now its running!

We had a good Samsung washing machine before this one and a number of others, this one is the only disappointment. Only purchased it because it was in stock and everything else suitable was not. It's like we stepped 20 years back in time. The controllers! It may take 10 pushes of the button to get to the program you need and then it you missed it - start again. The names of the programs are hard to read without switching on the light in the laundry, you can not silence the beeping, you don't have any control over the spin cycle. My washing comes out wet on regular washing cycle (because there is not enough spin) and all crinkled on a gentle wash, because there is too much spin. But I can't choose less spin. Be aware about crappy lint filter and coin/pin filtered that needs to be checked often(in the case of lint filter).Machine works well and is value for money($750). Aussie owned comp. supposedly.Dodgy and fragile filter systems in this day and age only real negative. I do not regret sale because of this minor issue. Quiet and does the job. Price competitive. And value for mine
I would give this machine 0 stars if I could. I hate it. It's noisy, doesn't wash properly, doesn't spin dry enough, requiring a long time to line-dry. I'm using it to spin only, gave up on washing. And the fabric softener dispenser delivered the softener incorrectly so I ended up with staining the only time I used it. And don't tell me there's an in-built lint filter. Black items look like mohair. I bought it as I was space-restricted and it was immediately available. How I wish I'd waited to get a good, user-friendly, sturdy machine. I anticipate that even with limited use this Euromaid won't last. A waste of an age pensioner's funds.
I bought this washing machine for my dad who is 83 years old and had his previous machine for over 30 years. Appliances Online was the best solution for dad as he can no longer walk around shops. I could show him a machine on my phone and pay for it in just a few minutes. It was delivered the next day, set up for him and the old machine was taken away for him. Everything perfect and he rang to tell me is really happy with his new machine. Thank you Appliances Online.
Have been using this for 6 months now, and pretty happy with it, no regrets. It's pretty quiet except for when there's a heavy load and generates quite a bit of vibration. I've noticed it doesn't catch any lint or pet hair, that all catches in my dryer now. Lastly, occasionally it doesn't tumble dry the clothes and they are sopping wet at completion of the cycle, and even when I try another tumble dry they are soaking still, so I have to run another cycle entirely. I emailed Euromaid about that twice and got no reply either time, so a little concerned about the Euromaid customer service in a few years when I inevitably need support.
Lets get this clear AO itself is amazing. But this machine features two 1 metre long hoses. These proved to be a struggle to connect. AO kindly reimbursed me for longer hoses but cannot assist with the installation of them. Keep this in mind when purchasing. It is an awkward blight in an otherwise great experience. The machine itself and AO are great. The manufacturers are cheap with their hose length.
Relatively quick delivery - within 2 days. Delivery guys were super quck and efficient - had our new washing machine inside, installed, and old machine out into the truck. A little too quick actually - clearly the guys had a massive delivery load and had no time spare. The machine itself has been fine - very happy with the 10kg load capacity and how clean the loads come out but the length of some of the washes (4 hours+) seems a bit ridiculous. Perhaps we missed something in the machine spec on the website but if we had realised most of the washing settings were overly long we probably wouldn't have purchased this model. Obviously context is everything - other people won't care about the time loads take. Overall, perfectly fine for the money spent.

Our house is built on a concrete slab and I set the feet height using a spirit level, and have experienced no undue noise or vibration. Very hard to beat at this price point. Appliance Online's service - delivery, unpacking and installation of the new machine + removal of my old machine and removal of the packaging that the new machine came in was outstanding. Very professional and helpful.
