Ever Eco Reusable Silicone Food Covers - 6 Pack

These silicone stretch bowl covers are STURDY, unlike some other available options from chain stores - I've not had one of these fling off at me from not being able to secure around a bowl. Also great for cut tomatoes, citrus, onions, apples - anything with a round base stays fresh and doesn't dry out in the fridge! If you're looking to do avocado or non-round fruits, you'd be better off trying wax wraps or silicone moulds to fit those particular shapes, as the seal to a round lid is important for this product.I've given several sets of these as gifts and had excellent feedback each time, and I'll continue to gift these great little waste- (and money) savers

Durable and snug-fitting

We have long used the Agreena wraps however if there's a bit of condensation or moisture, they might not cling to the surface as much as you'd want. The moulded shape of the Ever Eco food covers helps negotiate that issue because even if there's some condensation after the bowls have been in the fridge, the shape means it's more likely to still adequately cover the food. They're a good thickness and wash easily. Very happy with this purchase.

Good alternative to glad wrap

For most cases, the covers are a great alternative to reduce plastic waste. They don't work too well on fruits/ veges that have an uneven shape, but will mostly work well for objects with flat, even surfaces (eg. pots, bowls). At times they are a bit difficult to attach as the sides might start slipping when you stretch them over an object (it takes a bit of fumbling sometimes). But otherwise, they do seal dishware/ cookware quite well with very minimal to no spillage.

Great but not perfect

I love the idea of a reusable silicone cover as I find beeswax wraps dont always cut it so I purchased these to try out.These covers are super handy over vege, bowls and cups but due to their shape I found they didnt work as well with anything flat or that required them to be stretched out.Another issue is if they go in the fridge they are fine until you try to re-cover a bowl and the condensation stops them from gripping as well, sometimes causing them to slide off.I would love some more of these in different shapes to fit plates or square containers. Also if they added a few more larger ones would be ideal!I do recommend these for any small round bowls, jars, cups or fruit and vege but dont expect them to fit everything

Great gift

I gave these as a gift to my sister with a new baby. She raves about them! She uses them to cover bowls of half-eaten baby food, as well as the family's leftovers and pre-prepared meals. They're so easy to use as you can keep the food in the dish that it's in rather than having to transfer it into a container with a lid. The different sizes work for almost any type of dish. Great product to reduce food waste as well plastic waste, as this can be an alternative for cling wrap or other plastic covers.

Very useful

These covers have helped convert my husband from being a serious user of single use silicone wrap to cover food in bowls and jugs to appreciating to reusable products. They are easy to use and work well to protect food in the fridge.
