It's a wonderful product. The kids love it. I have small backyard and this fits perfectly (8ft). The only problem we had when assembled it. I would like to suggest the seller to add a video how to assemble the product. Thanks

Wasn’t happy with my order. The trampoline arrived and dumped on my doorstep when I was home waiting! ( No knock) I had struggled to drag the box into my backyard! Opened my package and set it all up! There was no basketball hoop that was supposed to be in this order package! Very disappointed.

Few minor manufacturing flaws (won't affect usability) but overall awesome product for the price. Shipping was terrible though (ordered New Years Day & took nearly a month to final delivery (not helped by Covid delays). Not impressed with courier used (Hunter Express) who delivered the 3 packages separately over this time. Seller redeemed themselves however by providing a trampoline that is every bit as good as those advertised for way more. All the parts were there in full including everything needed to assemble. Very happy with this purchase and the kids are over the moon with it. Felt like giving less stars due to poor shipping but instead am going to overlook -including minor flaws mentioned above, due to this being a great buy. Purchased this trampline as a Christmas gift for my 8 year old son. Delivery was fast, especially considering it was so close to Christmas. Trampoline is a good size. It was easy to assemble. And the basketball hoop is a fun feature. Very happy with the purchase.

Took a lot longer than anticipated to assemble but I was able to do it by myself and the extended time may have been partially due to how I interpreted the instructions. The trampoline is quite sturdy, well priced and no faults detected. Delivery was quick and a reasonable cost. Warranty registration process easy to follow. Would benefit from a shade cover- a shame it did not come with one but I will try and find one as an extra.

Great trampoline

Excellent quality trampoline. We were able to put most of it together with one person, just threading the top poles through the net needed 2 people to make it easier. High enough weight limit that we’re able to have a jump with the kids. Would recommend.

Great price on a sale. Seems very sturdy with lots of reinforcement. My 7 year old loves it. The hoop and ball are a great addition but do seem a little flimsy but have held up so far. Winter purchase but getting alot of use still! Yet to go through a summer but still looks brand new. Was perfect for our small courtyard. Net is great and secures well, supports are strong. I didn't put it together but appeared to go up very quickly!

Instruction Manual Heads Up

We had 3 people putting this trampoline together. The instructions were not very clear and by the time we finished we realised it would have been alot easier to do it in a different order than what the manual said. Don't put the padding on until last! Use the hook provided to put the springs in, it is so much easier!! Also make sure that the net is the right way around, so the buckle is on the outside.

The item arrived on time from Ozplaza.living and everything needed was in the 2 boxes delivered. It only took a couple of hours to erect and our grand kids have been having lots of fun using it - we have to use a timer, so that they each get equal turns. The net around the trampoline is excellent for little kids as they bounce off it and stay safe while having lots of fun and the included basketball ring adds to the fun.
