Does not adjust as indicated in the images advertising the adjustable bench. Different fastener than the one shown in the images. There is a heavy duty screw which is the only way to incline or decline the backrest. Completely useless for me. I expected an easy pull-out bolt but instead got a hard-to-adjust heavy-duty screw. Cannot recommend it.
Great price! Love that it’s adjustable. The only thing is that adjusting the incline is a little difficult (underneath & takes time to line up holes and screw), but for the price, that’s reasonable.
As a weight bench it does the job fine but I'm disappointed with how awkward the adjustment of the bench back is also the formed leg rests aren't ideal heights for people with bigger (normal sized) thighs. Aside from the above, we ordered this bench in mid-March and it arrived early May. Understanding this company is a "small start-up company with a skeletal crew".. but when we ordered the bench the ETA was 7-10 business days. If we had known how long delivery would take, we would have shopped else where.
Good one! Bought this more than a month ago. Light weight so easy to move between areas but sturdy enough to support various common exercises.Easy to assemble. Overall satisfied with this bench press so far.

Lightweight and easy to adjust. Lower footrest on front bar helps maintain stability when performing incline press. This apparatus has enabled me to add at least half a dozen more exercises to my routine.
Great value for money. Study bench.
