This is pretty good for the price you pay I love stretching my arms out the the arm extension. Over all happy with my purchase

I bought this for my husband as Christmas gift. He like it. It help him go through his exercise easier

Yes! Terrific!! Holds weight well and makes a workout an ease.

Don't expect gym quality equipment but for the price this is decent value for home use.

Expected the product to be slightly better but on second look, the good ones are very expensive. So for the price, this is actually quite a good value. Leg extension is not something I'd personally do on this but doing decline sit ups felt good which is why I bought this... to do core exercises. It's relatively easy to setup although it took me a few more minutes in a couple of places but overall easy process. Text in instructions is small but the pictorial diagrams were good enough for me. A good feature is that its foldable so when you're not using it, you can tug it somewhere in the corner of your small apartment. For me this was a selling point as I wouldn't have bought it otherwise. God value bench for basic dumbbell work and sit ups

Lightweight with great features

It is what I was looking for, and I have used it for the first time today, good value for money spent when you compare to stores selling similar item. Straps could be a bit stronger but I didn't buy it for that use, I wanted a sit up bench that I could benefit from. This certainly fits the bill.

Rubbish not worth the money

Made not to last the bench is to low to be a decline bench flimsy place the body into a poor angle to be doing push ups I have been working out all my life this is only good as a paperweight Tony

It folds up and is stable . Nice colour scheme, .i only use it for sit ups, i didn't even hother attaching any of the cables.

Solid bench for its price

Pretty decent inventory for its price. Quite happy overall, some of the shortcomings are: the spring is too tight, no way to use; the "elastic" ropes are very loose and folding them in twice doesn't really help as they are very stretchy; the bench is quite light what makes it not super stable if you are above 90kg.I would remove the string and the ropes altogether OR would replace them after some thorough testing to make sure they are usable. Adding some extra weight to the bench should be a quick fix to add stability.
