For me putting it together was not a problem, until I got to the front brakes but got that all sorted, great bike to ride.
I bought this e-bike for its good price. I then found the materials used are better than I expected in such price. I don't like the mechanical brake as it has consumables and can't recycle power when going down. Electric brake was much better but the price may also be higher. I understand many people complained about the quality of the manual. For me, it is not good indeed but it's enough for me to do everything I need (I've never assembled a bike before). I spent about 5 hours on assembling. I can help if anyone had difficulties. The only thing I worry a little bit so far is the battery. The manual and website say it can have a range of up to 60km on a single charge. I have charged 3 times. The maximal range was about 35km. The build quality is really bad. I turned into 2 parts after 1 months use
The ebike manual is poorly written, battery wont come out, product support is non existant. Have tried to contact support, no reply, wanting to know if parts will be available for purchase in the future. Not impressed.
At this moment am not happy. The battery is not charging correctly or at all & the power only comes on on the display panel for only a second or 2 at a time. Am still trying to work it out
