Base running plate broke after only 10 runs. They did however refund the full price after sending evidence. 1 star for the treadmill, 2 stars for their response.

We are happy with that treadmill. after a month or two the band has a particular noise but I guess will be matter of oil or so. Very functional and do the job

The treadmill is good. Easy to assemble the parts, however, sometimes my belt slips/stops while I'm running. Have almost faceplanted into the machine a few times. Has done it since the day I got it 6 months ago.

Good home gym treadmill and long lasting. Only small issue is incline does not go very high and calibration of heart rate is not accurate. Otherwise fantastic product that I have had for almost 2 years without issue

I bought the treadmill because it said that it has 15 levels of incline, however, it doesn’t incline as much as I hoped. Still, it functions properly

Terrible service and treadmill doesn’t even work.

Really unhappy with this purchase. The delivery people left this on the opposite side of the porch to my front door in the rain. It was so heavy I had to call someone to help me move it inside. I finally put it together and it doesn’t even work. The power switch lights up but it is not connected to the rest of the machine or the dashboard. I have emailed Bunnings to try and get a replacement and I haven’t heard anything back at all. I would have like to be able to call to get this sorted out but no customer service number. Considering shipping and handling was $150 I really would have liked better service.

Product arrived in excellent condition - easy to finish last assembly

Works well for lower price range model

At lower end of the price market- you get what you pay for. It does the job, a bit noisy, works well . In hindsight I should have purchased a better quality name brand one. Im saying that I used everyday since purchasing and hasn't missed a beat.
