Everfit Vibration Machine Plate Platform Body Shaper Maroon

Love this machine. My partner has restless leg syndrome and he's basically claimed ownership of the machine, it eases the urges to kick/ stretch constantly. He loves it and uses it every day. I get sore legs from standing all day, it feels good for me too

Very impressed with the quality of machine, very heavy and strong. Haven’t used for long enough but have noticed my legs looking more toned. Leaves you feeling with a buzzing feeling like you’ve had a workout.

Bang for your buck

I was wary about the low price on the everfit compared to other brands but I am not disappointed. It's early days but the the machine is really quiet, remote control works well. The effectiveness of the product to switch on all your leg muscles due to the vibration is as advertised for this type of product. I have been doing 2 to 3 15 minute sessions per day for a week now and the improvement in muscle tone is very obvious for me. One thing to be wary of though is that the shaking has induced a bit of kidney pain while using it. I have resolved this by wearing a weight lifter belt, otherwise I think this is an effective way to exercise with minimal physical movement.

Good value product

Have found it to a great sleep maker.. 14-28 minutes bare foot at night has been really good and wake up [later] in a relaxed state... Started in 5 now on 12 [3weeks] Friends have tried and purchased. The person whom i first saw with one said he had lost 4kg in 5months just using his machine, no diet or exercise changes. I find my body skin tighter. Have no bad comments to make.about the machine. I took out the insurance, however, found out when completing the insurance you are wanted to sign up for annual premiums. I didn't, so assume l have only the 1st year cover For the money, if you have an aching body it is in my opinion well worth the money.

Sit while exercising

Have had the Everfit for over a week now and use it twice a day for 15 mins on walk to try and build my muscles up, I am semi invalid and on home oxygen 24/7 and I sit while doing the exercise. I have now progressed to 5mins walk, 3mins jog, 2mins run and then 5mins walk and can now feel my muscles tightening. This has also improved my body circulation. So YES the Everfit works for me and I am very happy with the results so far. The only downside for me is that I have to turn off my oxygen while using the machine but as I am sitting this is not a big problem. I would recommend the Everfit for anyone having difficulty in doing normal exercise. I am amazed at how quiet it is.

The machine isn't overly noisy, it works well and it is fun to use. I bought it as I injured my knee and wanted to use it sitting with only my feet on it until my knee heals; and then I will start using standing and in other positions. At present I have only used it with my feet on it and also tried sitting on it (which was a weird and hilarious experience ... my pets were intrigued and I couldn't stop laughing). I did stand for a few minutes on it which wasn't too bad but I didn't want to put to much stress on my knee yet. So pleased I bought this machine

For nearly 3 weeks now I've been on my Everfit Vibration Plate most days. I was initially surprised at just how powerful it was on the lowest setting, so I've gradually increased intensity alternating between the jogging and running positions. The increased blood flow, energy and lightness in my legs and torso is fantastic, and it has absolutely helped to reduce pain around my knee while strengthening the muscles (I have a torn ACL). My husband's leg was swollen with heavy lymph while he awaits corrective surgery and it's dramatically helped reduce his pain and swelling by using it while he's seated. I'm so pleased with the machine and very happy I bought this particular one after a lot of research and review reading.

Very beneficial inclusion in my self care regime

I am a sole trader horticulturalist so taking care of my self is very important to me. I was looking for some extra methods to add to my recovery after work regime. I've been using only program 1 for the past two weeks and I have experienced a significant improvement of the toning of my skin, my mobility and posture. I have been alternating between the three feet positions and only doing the standing position. My leg muscles feel different and I get a sense they are switched on which encourages me to include other exercise activities which I would have previously been too tired to do. It's not too noisy and I am using it on a rug on a timber floor in an old dual occupancy. I highly recommend this product and am telling every body I know about it but get medical approval first and take it slow and easy so you get an understanding how your body is responding. Hove my new vibrating plate as it's easy to use,compact and enables me to use irk out from thecomfort of my lounge room, when I am busy workin!from home. Definitely recommend as a go to training regime.

Would be good if bunnings could replace faulty units in store

Absolutely awesome and it looks like it is working with weight loss but mine obviously has a fault and is so loud I can’t use it on one side. Emailed the seller one day after receiving it (not actually Bunnings but bunnings marketplace) and no response for two weeks so far. Only bought it from an actual shop so this didn’t happen if there was an issue. Hopefully they arrange a replacement soon.
