Everflex has been excellent for my hard hitting and boxing enthusiast son. He uses it every day. The rebound is great and bag is excellent quality. My son loves it. It's better to fill it with sand for increased stability and to wear gloves to protect the integrity of material.

Comes in a really big box (approx hip high) was easy to assemble and was perfect for the job. You can adjust the height on it easily there are 3 levels from memory. Although I would advise if you have “heavy” hands definitely fill it with sand instead of water. I only gave it a 4 star rating because of the price.

My new toy already has split down right side of shoulder so I’m not impressed by quality . I’m not someone who thrashes punches and kicks out .I’m going to have to go to Bunnings and find product that will keep from falling apart .In terms of using product for my training it’s great and I’m enjoying having Victor the training dummy on my pool deck underneath our pergola

Great addition to the home gym! Great quality and fantastic for cardio!! It’s great how it springs back and forth so you also work on your co ordination. I do recommend filling it with sand for more stability! Would highly recommend if you want a fun way to burn those calories.
I have had a few of these freestanding punchbags with different company logos on. Basically, they are all the same except some are much more expensive than others. This was a great price for the item. The only slight criticism was that the packaging could have been better. The box that it was delivered in was absolutely battered and just about held together with tape. Fortunately, there appeared to be no damage on the punch bag.

Great option for a rental property or unit as no need to install or hang anything. Just need to tweak the amount of sand or water needed to keep device stable. I really like the way the the bag swings and I think this will help with my coordination. The height settings are a little difficult to set but otherwise we have been happy with this item and would recommend it to anyone looking for a compact home boxing bag.
Decent freestanding punching bag, so far structurally sound compared to cheaper freestanding bags which have started to buckle from heavy blows from hefty teenage son & husband. A bit hard to fill with sand due to narrow opening but got there in the end, would avoid using water as if this item is left outside in the heat, sand is better option just get a decent funnel. other than that its been a good practice tool for Muay thai training.
Great box But Super Noisy bolt joints. The size of the hole to fill the base with water is fine, but if choosing sand, its an absolute nightmare. On a design standpoint, i cant fathom why the hole is made so small. Bigger hole and bigger cap would make it so much easier and more friendly to empty and fill.Bit the biggest issue so far is what they don't show in the youtube videos, the squeek noise of it swinging back and forth after every single punch. The joints are just dreadful. Hes great to punch with, fantastic even, but the noise is almost Unbearable.
Very sturdy structure. Need to fill the water to almost full to make sure it's steady with my punches. Recommended for all ages to try boxing at home. This is the product I will never regret buying.
