Used for training and liking then so far, you get less fatigued using these rather than the mitts and they have a nice pop to them when hit as well. Genuine leather is nice and the wrist helps them not fly off, overall great product

Well-priced, good quality/ well made. They work great and take the pain away from using pads and having sore hands after haha.

I catch everyday for my fighters and then for non fighters In booked mitt session, me elbows and shoulders take a beating, and no I’m not catching incorrectly I’ve been doing this 20 years over time the body just breaks down. I was hoping to relieve some of the pains by having these in the gym but was hesitant in ordering b/c I’m sorta old school. While these are a great concept the craftsmanship falls short of the idea. They flex a little to much at the high handle low paddle connection. A little give is nice but it’s a little to much for the comfort of real punchers. My plan is to splint the area with small shims or heavy tape to stiffen them just a touch, that little bit of resistance means a lot.
It took me a bit to get used to them, but now I really like them. I think the length is just right. I tried my friend's Winning paddles and thought those were a bit too long. The paddles don't totally replace my mitts because there are certain things you can only do with mitts. However, using the paddles have definitely decreased the pain in my joints, which was directly because of the mitt work. I think these paddles would be a valued addition to any trainer's toolbox.
On the first day I used these punch paddles they began to feel like they were snapping at the handles. Not very good internal quality. The leather is great but the foam on the inside does not hold up at all.
Absolutely fantastic product! They add great variation to my clients training and they love the increased intensity required working with the paddles.
First time using paddles to train, very surprised with these, lightweight tools. They are a pleasure to train the heavy punchers with. Quality construction.
I brought these because my arms and shoulders bother me. These paddles feel ok but the material inside doesn’t feel to sturdy like its cardboard or something. They are nice for casual training though.
I think the whole paddle is one shaped foam? Leather is okay, the pop sound is decent, but I wish they were a lil firmer. They feel cheap unlike the other ones I used before. Maybe they’ve updated them is my guess. Very light but I’ve used slightly better.
