A while back I was out of my normal BCAA powders and looking for something new - as I was trying to lose some weight for the summer, I saw the LeanBCAA and was very interested.I was a little skeptical about how this would taste, but I was really impressed! The flavor was great for both Blue Raspberry and Fruit Punch! Usually I only open one tub at a time, but I had both of these open at once and would change day-to-day depending on how I felt. I got 2 of the new Muscletech BCAA and I felt this tasted better and was lighter on my stomach. Anything too sweet makes me sick to my stomach during a tough workout! Doesn't leave too strong of an "after-taste" in the bottle either, if you use the same bottle for pre/bcaa/post like I do.

I use this literally everyday! I love it. I love all flavors. I take it about 20 mins before I start my workout and it has actually helped my endurance a lot . I’ve tried other brands and it’s just too much caffeine and I get shaky. I don’t feel that way with this product. I don’t get headaches, either. Love the fat burners in it, too. Try it out! I’ve lost 40 pounds using this product along with good diet and exercise!

This is another great product from EVLution's line of supplements. I was looking for a product with less caffeine in it: enough to waken me up for my workout but not make my heart race like crazy, and this did the trick. I felt a much smoother workout each day. The BCAAs are enough to offset catabolism, and should not be utilized like a full protein powder. I've been using EVL products exclusively for over 8 years. Their products are always CONSISTENT with top quality ingredients and exceptional tastes. Lean BCAA is a perfect post-workout, resting beverage and additive to a pre-workout. I use it daily.
I've been taking BCAA Energy for a few years now for either just a quick "pick me up" in the morning, or for lower intensity workouts. The flavors are fantastic and the lower-dose of caffeine leaves me without any jitters. The ingredients are high quality, and the size of the container and number of servings is well worth the price. The Lean edition also has added L-Carnitine for a fat burning boost as well! A+

For workouts these past few months I've taken 2-3 scoops prior to and 1 later in the day if I feel like it. I used take Evlution's Shred alongside this but decided to try this exclusively for awhile. I get the same amount of focus and energy it seems. The biggest differences I find are in the intensity of energy. I still feel good/amped even after work. I'm just not jumping all over. Also I feel less sore overall despite my workouts progressing as they were when I was on the combo. Lastly, I have definitley been stacking lean muscle and been better able to control my diet. This flavor tastes like the adult version of blue Fun Dip but it packs more of a punch than that of candy. I mix and take this drink about 20 minutes before my workout which is usually enough to get to the gym and walk onto the floor. 1 scoop is recommended but 2 scoops are great for those days where you plan to lift heavy.This brand, EVLution, is top notch and they often offer this product at discount before the school year or holidays. Definitely grab yourself a bottle but only if you think you can finish it within 1 year... otherwise the humidity starts taking a hold of the product and the sugary mix turns damp and moist.
EVL's BCAA Energy is by far the best I've ever used. I take it immediately after my workout in the mornings and sometimes take it in mid day if I need an extra bit of energy. I no longer need any energy drinks or coffee. Just take a few scoops of this and it's all I need. No jitters if you use it for a little bit of energy boost. And as far as recovery. I am hardly ever sore anymore the next day. This stuff is awesome. Give it a try. It tastes great too.
i really like this brand and flavor. I usually get fruit punch, but it's sweet. this does not have an overwhelming sweet taste.it's a good quality and serves like 30 servings for the size. I have a good amount of energy right away after 10 minutes of taking.
love this brand and love the flavor of this bcaa. I recently tried a different brand and didn’t like it as much as this one. gives me energy thru out the day and is super affordable compared to other companies. Always fast delivery from iherb, getting my product right on time.
