My 70+ year old mom takes these to maintain her blood pressure. As a healthy eater who swims 5 times a week, she has always been in a healthy bp range with no medication needs but was recommended to take these to maintain blood vessel health as she ages. This particular brand is favored by her for the stable supply, optimal dosage and good price. I will keep buying this as long as it is in stock.

I feel like I get a better workout and or some people call it a better pump when working out, but I feel like my endurance has gotten better with the product. I also use the L citrulline for basic health issues in my morning supplements. I’ve never had a blood pressure issue, but everything I’ve read about this just helps for circulation and keeping your vascular system healthy.

Very good, As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules of L-CITRULLINE2000 twice daily between meals.Warnings: Not for use by those with pre-existing medical conditions or taking any medications; those under the age of 18; or women that are contemplating pregnancy, pregnant or nursing. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
These pills were easy to swallow and did not bother me even though I was swallowing 3x2/ day. They also didn’t have that medicine flavor that other brands has. I think the benefit from using Citrulline is that it helped increase my endurance but more importantly post- workout recovery. I’m able to recover much faster when I’m taking these which allows me to work out the following day

My first motivation is BP related and ED is secondary. My first ED event showed an obvious improvement. I always chart my BP and there is a noticeable downward improvement in BP over a week or so. Literature is non existent on correct dosage, but I started very low to see where I needed to be. I am aware of a small study where 3 grams per day was administered with about a 50% improvement in the control group. I started out at 1.5 grams per day and will be gradually increasing it. You can't just take it and say it doesn't work if you don't get morning wood. Don't let morning wood be your only benchmark. I have read there really is no risk even at high dosages. I actually feel like I am thinking more clearly and have more day to day muscle stamina working around my farm. It makes sense because blood is now getting to more places than before. So my next step will be to bump up to 3mg per day, or even higher. My goal is to find the right dosage and get off at least one of the BP meds.Don't be confused about having to pair it with L Arginine. Every thing I have read say it is not necessary. I read where your body metabolizes oral L Arginine before it can do any good. The L Citrulline is the trigger to start the natural L Arginine already present in your body.
This is an awesome supplement for me.I have joint pain and hernia pain and taking L-Citrulline together with Boswelia really helped me.At first, I didn't notice any effect.But after a while, I realized that my back is not bothering me that much and my shoulder pain is gone.It doesn't work immediately like a painkiller, but the overall effect is amazing.I've already purchased it twice and will buy more.The only minor thing that I don't like is that you have to take 3 capsules (not 1) which is not very convenient.
