Very light and comfortable, I bought it for also using at the beach on holiday, keep the electronics safe from sand and water. I like bright orange so if someone steels your bag, it is easier to spot. Also good at festivals for essentials all day protection for your gear and when in large crowd, easier to find your spouse after a wonder around. Also on my bicycle, the bright orange helps you be seen whilst keeping your gear perfectly dry. The elastic cord on jacket or badminton rackets is extremely useful.

I bought this bag to bring as my touring day pack to road trip the southern mayan ancient cities of Mexico and I couldn’t have chosen better! Packs smaller than my 10l arcteryx, is lighter by at least half the weight and holds more than double. I clipped on my usual rock clip and can hang my sandals off it as I have my other bags. 100 waterproof I can confirm, it kept everything dry in a really intense rain. I absolutely love this bag! Only change I’d have made to the design is to have one separate compartment inside (to keep cash/passport/small essentials separate) since some things just always end up lost waaaay down at the bottom

Prefect bag. Read other reviews about this bag being too thin. I don't agree. It's lightweight and very sturdy. I've been traveling around Europe with it for a month with no issues. I love that it's water proof. And the elastic on the outside is great for hauling extra gear. It's designed to hold its shape with lightweight panels, which I also like. All and all. Perfect.

This backpack is the best. Waterproof, durable, stuffable. We have taken it everywhere. It is a great size. And love the outside rigging to hold jackets etc.
Used this bag on three occasions during light drizzle and snow. Everything stayed dry, as I would have expected. Carried about 7 kg with comfort. The handle construction at the top works good to hand carry the bag when needed. I would have prefered the waist belt straps to be detachable. I have not used this bag during a downpour, so will update my comments later.
I used this on a fishing trip to Alaska. Worked great on the planes while traveling, and then as a waterproof dry bag for extra clothes while fishing. Glad I bought it!
I bought my second Cloudburst, as my first very heavily used, old one was loosing waterproof layer inside after 4 years.Brilliant little bag which I take on strolls in cities, day walks and longer trips. As it collapses to nothing I take it in my plane hand luggage if I’m away for a week, if less it’s all I take! It has no weight at all and minimal bulk so even if your just carrying a water bottle and some extra layers it’s ideal. I’ve taken it sailing, paddle boarding and kayaking even sea swimming a few times, it seals easily giving a completely dry bag.The collapsing
I bought 2 of these items for promeraly canyoning and sea level traversing, manufactures leaflet recommend they are not submersible which is very surprising considering they were advertised as suitable for water sports. Not sure is I received an old batch or a batch which has has it specification changed because there was no clear back panel in either of the items. I can't return them because my colleagues used them before I was notified. I have has great service from Outdoorgb in the past so I am surprised they were not up to specification.
This is my 2nd one of these. Last one was destroyed in a bike crash.. they are quite thin and light. But they do roll up very small and I carry one as a spare bag when travelling. There are no pockets but there is a clip on inside and bungee on outside.. if it was for everyday use I'd take my Overboard Pro Lite but for traveling this is much lighter and easier to pack..
Had an earlier version of this without the reinforced base. Holes appeared in the bottom after some months of use which compromised the 'dry bag' nature of the bag, but it still served 5 years as a largely waterproof ultralight bag. I am hopeful the reinforced version will solve this problem. As you would expect from a big of this structure, the shoulder straps struggle with big weight loads and are not the most comfortable. If you work within it's limitations though, you're good to go. Similarly, the back support is minimal and can be uncomfortable when you have hard edged objects improperly packed. This can be avoided by careful packing and by packing softer items in the appropriate places.
