Gluten free pasta can be a bit hit and miss and fettuccine is hard to come by, but this is definitely a hit! Really good texture and cooked in 5 mins, and visually looks appetising too. It’s great with smoked salmon, crème fraiche, garlic, lemon zest and Parmesan. Definitely a staple now for me and great value when on offer.

Decided to try this product after seeing recommendations from yoga & fitness experts. Was not disappointed!Cooks VERY quickly, after 7 minutes it is slightly softer than 'al dente' which is what my family and I prefer.Taste: It tastes exactly like normal white flour pasta, which is mind-blowing to me, & I don't understand the negative reviews honestly. The funny thing is though I use natural sea salt, and I HAVE to keep adding it in to counteract the slight sweetness of the beans. It's ESPECIALLY delicious with olive oil & garlic!Smell: smells like edamame. It's not a strong smell at all. This fettuccine also fills you up REALLY QUICKLY. Overall 10/10 product. Delicious, organic & satisfies the pasta cravings!

I have been looking for a low-carb pasta replacement for some time and these are by far the best I've tried, tasty, satisfying, completely natural and organic to boot. I initially thought they were very expensive but, considering the calorie saving and that they go much further than normal pasta, I actually think they are priced just right. They are almost identical in texture to spelt pasta and have a similar kind of flavour, sort of a cross between that and spinach pasta, which I personally find delicious. If you're used to white pasta, these will taste different; similar to the way that wholewheat bread is a lot more flavourful than white. They are extremely filling, being very high in both fibre and protein, so I find that I'm too full after a 50g serving ... MoreI have been looking for a low-carb pasta replacement for some time and these are by far the best I've tried, tasty, satisfying, completely natural and organic to boot. This is definitely my favourite pasta alternative. The texture is not like real pasta, but it still has enough chewiness and bulk to be a good vehicle for sauce. Due to the high amount of protein, I only eat this with veggies and sauce—no added meat needed!
This was surprisingly delicious! It made for a different keto meal - not just meat and veg. I can't do the other types of keto "pasta" - slimy and weird texture. Even though the fibre count is high and net carbs are low - it's still quite high in carbs so I'll utilize it as a treat.
Low carbs. Still tastes great. Doesn't have the texture of pasta - more like noodles. Still great and healthy. Easy to cook too!
Better than not having noodles at all or konjac noodles! I find I don't mind the texture or taste. It obviously won't have the same texture as regular noodles, but it's still nice to be able to cook with an alternative that's healthier and low in carbs. I'm quite impressed by the edamame and mung bean in these noodles! Would definitely try other products from this brand that are keto-friendly.
This is my husband's favourite keto pasta, and a close second for me. (I like shiritaki/tofu noodles just a smidge more).I find cooking this pasta just a little longer than the instructions say gives a slightly softer texture, closer to real pasta. The flavour is fairly neutral and the noodles take on the flavour of the sauce/seasonings well.
Looking for wheat free, high protein pasta, I found this. This is the worst tasting pasta ever. To eat rubber bands would have tasted better. I had to throw away and just eat the sauce.i can't believe anyone thinks this is edible.
It obviously doesn’t taste like grain pasta but if you like the edamame flavour it’s very filling amd also high protein option! Organic food is fantastic as well. When you are on a ketogenic diet you explore and buy lots of low-carb option food. I like it much better than other pasta.
