This compact digital dehydrator from Ezidri features five drying trays with a unique heated airflow pattern which enables fast and even drying. Use it to dry fruits, vegetables, meats or herbs for healthy snacks and to prolong the life of ingredients. Features an adjustable temperature of 30oC to 70oC and an adjustable timer. Includes an anti-rehydration feature which reverts the temperature back to 30oC when the preset time is completed to prevent food from rehydrating.
