I've been taking Fab Iron for quite a few years per my GPs advice. I like the Fab Iron vege caps as they are easy to swallow, which is important as I take a number of other medicines every day.
I have been using this supplement for 2 years now. After not tolerating other iron products this was recommended. It is a much gentler supplement and causes no side effects for me. Ver effective and good value.
This is a great product. My daughter suffers from Anemia and Fab Iron are gentle on her stomach and keep her Iron levels on track.
This is a gentle iron and b vitamin complex ideal for vegetarians or those who consume little red meat. I've experienced no stomach upset or constipation. Zinc is an added benefit and a mineral that we often don't get enough of. I use this daily to maintain iron levels.
