The kids and I all worked on the painting. It was so much fun to express our creativity and make a nice painting in the process. I am always in favor of arts and crafts activities. We do many at my house. The paint by numbers teaches many skills, like following directions, being creative and matching. It can be so therapeutic to paint. The number pattern is easy for an adult to follow, younger children may need some help. The colors are pre picked so it takes the guesswork out and is a good way for younger children to have a good outcome, keep them interested and inspired to paint more. We have a beautiful painting that we can look at for years to come and remember how much fun we had working on it.

I received the painting within an adequate time period from when I purchased the kit online. The canvas was very good quality. The paints this time were a good quality and not dried out. The brush worked extremely well for the use of painting the canvas. The information on the artist was interesting. The instructions and picture with the kit were very helpful. The kit gave me an idea of what to do, but I followed my own artistic sense. I don't think my finished work was very good, but the end result was a colorful painting of the Eiffel Tower; which I love.

In quarantine, I've done a lot of paint by numbers. The kits from this brand have fast become my favorite. They're not too large, so can be completed within a few hours. The design is clear and familiar, which is quite nice. The board is a coated board that has a canvas-like texture. It is simple and doesn't retain water so it won't warp. All-in-all, a fun little project for a lost summer.

I received this a week ago I took two days actually planning and reading the process throughout for the best results of my painting. Afterwards when I finally finished it i created a masterpiece after many years of not painting it came out so amazing with the colors that were included
This is such an interesting way of paint by numbering. The sections are a series of colored dots based on the instructions. It really gives the painting such a professional look at the end from this technique! My son is 11 and was so proud of himself. Love to see him being creative and artistic and not glued to a screen for once.
Purchased each of the paintings in the Museum Series for an employee wellness activity at my hospital. Everyone LOVED the paintings and found the activity to very relaxing and enjoyable. The kits were perfect for a large group event. Instructions were easy to follow and everyone was pleased to see how nice their paintings turned out regardless of previous experience or talent.
The Paint by Number Museum Series - The Eiffel Tower - #14300 Is so fun. It helps with creativity. I like that it comes with all you need paint, canvas, stand and brush. My daughter loves art and the Eiffel Tower so this was perfect for her.
My teenage daughter loves to paint! She usually free hands her paintings, but I thought this was be a fun thing to try (paint by numbers) she chose the Eiffel tower print and was happy to see the back turns into an easel to display her beautiful work. It wasn't to time consuming, but took up enough time that it kept her busy and her mind occupied. You can't go to heavy handed with the paint they supply or you may run out, but it does come with a decent amount. All in all it was great fun and she has already picked her next print out.
We’ve never done paint by number before. We had a lot of fun trying this out and are now looking for the next one to do. It comes with everything you need to create a masterpiece. The directions are easy to follow. My son really took his time with it and it came out really nice. I like that he brought out his creative side.
I bought the Starry Night kit to try out and see if it would make a decent gift for kids who have an interest in art. The kit comes with a pre-printed canvas panel, a small round brush, six pots of acrylic paint, a cardboard easel, and two instruction sheets (one for color mixing and one with a diagram of the painting with corresponding paint numbers). The quality of this kit isn't great. The brush I received had uneven hairs. It was like trying to paint with a little bit of fuzz stuck to the end of the brush. I switched to some of my own detail brushes, and that made things easier. I did not like the way that the canvas is printed. The outlines of the shapes in the painting are extremely wide and dark. I feel that it would have been better if they had not used such heavy lines that are nearly impossible to cover. They do give you a decent amount of paint. I was able to do multiple layers and did not run out. However, the paint is rather thin and transparent even after thorough mixing, which is why I had to do multiple layers. The paint pots are hard to close. The biggest problem with this kit is that the colors just aren't right for this particular painting. The blue is a bright, almost electric blue instead of the deep ultramarine that they show on the paint mixing guide. The brown and orange are also way too bright, and this means that you cannot mix a chromatic black, and your darks will never be dark enough. It is not possible to even come close to the colors that Van Gogh used in the original.Overall, I would recommend this kit only for kids in the 8-10 age range who have some interest in art but are not at the level where they're going to be bothered by the colors and values being totally off compared to Van Gogh. There are a lot of tight spaces to paint, which will require a fine detail brush and a good bit of control that will likely be beyond the grasp of younger children. It's an ok kit for kids or beginning painters who just want to have a little fun.
