The nylon straps are built to last, and do not rust or make noise like the chains on traditional heavy bags. The HB7 Pole Bag is ideal for perfecting knee and elbow techniques, training power kick and punch combinations, high and low kicks, hand and foot jabs, and anything else you can throw at it!
