Love my new stove. I am passionate about cooking. Stand out features to me are the door rack on the main oven. Love the long small oven. Use it all the time for just the two of us. Then when we have dinner party's every shelf and oven is used. Just so versatile. Husband loves the griller for he's cheese on toast. Yes I do let him use my pride and joy. The quality finish is exceptional. We have an old miners cottage which we have done up so the amazing look of this Falcon suits us down to a tee. The warranty service with this company is above and beyond. Could recommend this stove or company without a doubt to be the best I have ever used and dealt with. Cant wait for you to enjoy this experience as well.

Bought new and installed in December. The Induction cooktop is great, heaps of room for bigger pots etc. The two ovens work fantastic. The convection oven is fabulous for baking and even grilling, I haven't needed the grill at all. The fan forced oven is great for roasts although the fan is making a vibration noise which I need to follow up with supplier. We also purchased the Falcon Rangehood to match but it is very noisy and nothing special. Wished I purchased the silent range with the motor in the ceiling/roof.

We recently renovated our kitchen and decided to go with a range. The Falcon looks so beautiful in our kitchen, very happy with the colour choice. Apart from just looking great, the two ovens and the gas stove top all cook so evenly. We've tried cooking different dishes on different settings and everything comes out evenly cooked / baked / brown. Plus it's a dream to clean.

We chose the mineral green dual fuel with BRASS handles. It is the star feature in our new kitchen. I generally hate cooking, however I have made muffins and a cake and both have turned out perfectly. Making dinner at night has also been less stressful with extra room on the stove. We are really happy with our purchase. It is excellent quality and worth every dollar we paid.

I like most people, research my large appliance purchases pretty thoroughly, this being a big one for us, 10 Grand for an oven seemed so over the top, given originally we were looking at around 4 Grand max. Well, can honestly tell you all now, best $10 grand we spent, beautiful product, supreme construction, and every usual requirement for an oven, has been obviously carefully thought through, and implemented into the build. Usually when a recipe heat calls for 180, we only JUST set ours to 140, and everything is just beautifully cooked, the ovens, yes, both of them are simply amazing, down to the left ovens swing out basting tray, just awesome. Very spacious, well designed stove top ( I have the gas version). The layout is so much better than my previous same width non-Falcon range. I have found it far easier getting those multi-saucepan meals out. Wok burner is hot and works well. I like the black colour on the stove top, practical and easy to wipe out. I need to look into how to keep the silver metal on the burners clean. Is there some trick to it?The ovens reach temperature far quicker than my old range. Rapid heat up makes it easier to get that meal or cake happening. I have really noticed the difference. Do watch your face when opening lower oven door to check on your roast dinner - watch out for that heat and steam. I have found having two smaller ovens better for our needs than one large.
The dark blue is stunning with the brass handles and knobs. Works really well, feels and operates like top quality. We love it, lacks full operational paper based manual, nearly need to print it off myself from online. So couldn’t initially work the oven dial, but was right with fan forced for first time.

Having oven doors which open to the sides makes the ovens easy to use (and to clean) and the configuration of two ovens plus a separate griller is perfect for me. On the main oven there is a Rapid Response setting which brings the oven up the temperature you want and it is amazingly fast. I use this constantly and my husband loves it because he was very impatient with our previous oven's slow warm up (even though it was touted as having a speedy warm up). On the right side oven, even though it doesn't have the Rapid Response setting, it is still a very fast warm up to the set temperature. So I would suggest that if you are looking at different models, pick one that has the Rapid Response as its really handy. The gas cook top is well laid out and lights easily. My cooker came with 2 great cook top accessories (griddle and wok burner) and I have used both many times. I have had several large family gatherings, where all the cooking was done on the Falcon, with all ovens and cook top being used and everything was cooked perfectly. All done exactly to the times set out in my recipes with no need to compensate for oddities in the cooker, which I have had to do in the past with previous cookers, even though they were expensive top name European appliances. The Handy Rack feature is ok for smaller roasts but I found that if I have a larger roast that I do not use it. It is a great idea though and I have used it, just not as often as I thought I would. The programmable oven has everything I need and nothing I don't. Last but not least, because my Falcon is enamel it is really easy to clean! Before buying this cooker I read a LOT of reviews for cookers which had similar features to the Falcon and Falcon consistently got 5 star rave reviews. Now I understand why and happily add my voice to those who are singing its praises. I really do love my cooker. It works as well as it looks.
