A new flavor from my cats' favorite brand.

Anybody else have sick cat problems with the grillers? We've been feeding them to our two, three year olds for at about 8 months; they usually enjoyed the shrimp, beef, chicken. They started to walk away from them recently, so I bought the Turkey and the Tuna. Same thing. RIght now we have two pretty sick kitties, who have vomited and had diarrhea. One required fluids. No parasites or other reasons the vet could find, so we're attributing to a change in the food. We were told by our vet to switch to royal canin GI formula. A major ingredient in this food (the stuff that looks like chunks of meat) is gluten. So not the best for carnivores, but the cats love the flavor. Or did. Would like to know if anyone else is experiencing this.

I have three cats that are used to Fancy Feast Classic Chicken Pate, Grilled Chicken Feast in Gravy, Grilled Liver and Chicken in Gravy, Elegant Medleys: White Meat Chicken Florentine, Chicken Primavera, Chicken Tuscany, Turkey Florentine, and Tuna Florentine. Each Autoship order pulls from that selection and skips some for the sake of variety. I thought the Tuna Feast in Gravy would be an appreciated addition. The cats seem to be fairly noncommittal about this flavor. They'll eat it, but not eagerly. The guy who eats EVERYTHING--even his housemates' vomited food!--is the least interested. The portions do eventually get consumed.

Wish there was a tuna pate...
21 December 2023

I have two cats that really like this food. However, I have to mix it with the Fancy Feast Ocean Whitefish and Tuna Feast Classic Pate otherwise they just lap up the gravy and leave the chunks, little stinkers! They live in an outbuilding and I warm it up for them in the winter, they especially like it that way and there aren't any chunks getting left in their pan. They're young, will be three yrs. old next spring, and they also like the Fancy Feast Tender Beef Feast Classic Pate. It's funny how all four of my cats, young and old, seem to gravitate to the beef and tuna flavors!

[Rewarded Review] Fancy Feast Grilled Tuna Feast

I was gifted this Fancy Feast Grilled Tuna Feast in exchange for my honest review. I've been purchasing Fancy Feast products since I was a little girl growing up with my family, and now that I'm an adult on my own, I still love and trust Fancy Feast for my pets. Considering all varieties of Fancy Feast, Grilled Tuna Feast has been at the top of that list for years. My cat is obsessed with Grilled Tuna Feast. The minute I open the can I can literally see his body begin to shake in excitement, as if telling me to hurry the heck up and put it down. I appreciate that there is plenty of gravy because my boy usually licks up the gravy and whatever chunks he happens to slurp up, and then after a bit, he tends to go back for the meat chunks. I appreciate that there is plenty of gravy because my boy usually licks up the gravy and whatever chunks he happens to slurp up, and then after a bit, he tends to go back for the meat chunks. Unfortunately, I think I've spoiled him because I have to cut up the meat chunks into smaller pieces because if I don't he 9 times out of 10 will waste it. So if I'm nitpicking, I would suggest making the flakes of tuna about half their current size. What could it hurt? Furthermore, moreso lately I've noticed a few pieces throughout each can seem to be massive. I mean oddly massive compared to the other pieces. Call me crazy, but cats are rather dainty right, so Fancy Feast, please pay more attention to your meat chunk sizes and be mindfully proportionate for our ever so spoiled rotten cats. Over the years, I can definitely see some changes, but still a loving and lifelong consumer!

Miss piggy was a feral cat seven years ago. She showed up on Christmas Eve. Having three other cats of the time we had plenty of cat food. We put out a can of fancy feast tuna feast in gravy, and after that she came by every night. It is still her go to food favorite. She now lives in our heated garage which is converted to Carpenter shop/she shed.Thank you Parina for a happy ending for this Christmas stray!

[Rewarded Review] Picky Eater Approves Fancy Feast
6 February 2023

I received this product in exchange for an honest review. My cat Prissy has always been a picky eater, even more so as she's gotten older. So when I was offered the opportunity for her to sample Fancy Feast, I accepted immediately. Prissy is particular about what brands and flavors of wet food she will eat. We've tried a variety of wet food brands to find something she will find acceptable. So I offered her the Tuna Feast in Gravy(Grilled) to see if she would eat it. She seemingly inspected this food by looking at and sniffing all over her plate before she decided to take a bite. She enjoyed this food and ate over half of the amount provided in the can. The Fancy feast grilled tuna is literally the only thing my cat eats. And the reason I gave this item only 3 stars is because, as picky as my cat is - even this specific item has 2 varieties yet - they both come in the exact same packaging.I know that because, when I order only one case of 24 cans - they deliver from a batch that my cat eats and loves. If I decide to bulk up and order 2 or more - they are being sent from a different batch, or location, or expired and relabeled ( thing is - I have no idea how and what it’s wrong with it) but my cat just hates it!To generalize - I either order one case only and pay for shipping to get the right product, or order 3 to get the free shipping and end up with 3 cases of food that my cat does not eat..I would love to ... MoreThe Fancy feast grilled tuna is literally the only thing my cat eats. I am a huge fan of Purina Fancy Feast, as someone in my household who loves to grill you can imagine how thrilled we were to give this a try for our sweet cats! I love that it came in with soft chunks of grilled tuna with a smooth and savory gravy mixed together. Because they loved this one so much, I plan on buying more for my adorable cats. Its the perfect meal or snack for the cats and provides all the nutrition they need to grow. They do get excited after eating this and get a lot more energy to play and run around.
