Baby really responds to the bright colors and textures on the top half of this toy! She'll play with it longer than most of her other toys, and it's fun to watch her trying to figure out the cause & effect when she hits it to knock it over then watches it stand itself up again. Very fun!

Purchase this item for my 8m old daughter. I thought it would be a great idea since she is teething and its weight down to it can stay in place. She does engaged with the item. She picks up the item and chews it. The base is not heavy. The only thing is that when she is in the walker the toy does not last she is in the throwing stage. I believe the toy would work best when she is sitting in the floor.

This toy is so much fun! My little one is 14 months old. He loves to toss this around and see how it balances. The part that sticks out is a nice sensory piece that he likes to touch and pop, and as an added bonus the rubber is perfect for him to chew on and use as a teether! This is definitely a great product and is very well made. I'm glad I bought two!

Our 5 mos old granddaughter is teething and the textured top has been wonderful. She spends a lot of time gumming it, due to the texture and flexibility she seeks it often to soothe. The shape of the toy is easy for to grasp and position . Her mom and dad commented on her immediate attraction to and use of it.
