Just bought these in pink. Very disappointed that the straps are thin compared to this bra few years ago. Will return them. The current straps curl up and become intolerably painful to wear over time if you have a large bust. I have given this feedback before but Fayreform not listening!
This underwire bra is usually comfortable, washes well & durable. I have purchased these on many occasions.Unfortunately on this occasion the size I ordered did not fit & I was advised by a phone consultant that I couldn’t exchange it as there was no stock available in store.I was advised to return the bra for credit & then reorder at the higher price. Since I bought several of these in the Black Friday sale I was not impressed.

Was advised what size I needed, the lady who severd me said i needed the 18 G. It was the wrong size, I bought 2 and returned one of them, because i had worn it for an hour and it was very uncomfortable. Unfortunately you didn't have the size I needed. 16 G, I was Very disappointed and it would have cost me another $12 to have it delivered, it would not allow me to do click and collect. This is not the first time I have had this issue with being sold the wrong sizes bra's. Last time a young sales assistant sold me 3 different sizes all by Triumph. This now has put me off buy bra's from your store.
Have been trying to find a replacement for the discontinued Berlin bra I’ve been wearing for many years. I have finally found it and the good news is it’s more comfy I just wish it came in a D fitting as the DD cup a little loose. Otherwise beautiful quality and comfort.

The Charlotte underwater bra is the only bra I now purchase, as this bra is the ultimate in secure comfort.The wide, cushioned and adjustable shoulder straps never dig into the shoulder. The wide side panels don't pinch or ride up. The cup gives your breast a more forward pert shape, as opposed to a minimiser bra. The fabric is soft and pretty. This is an everyday practical design for support and comfort. I Highly recommend this particular design for larger women.
