The Omnium trainer is straightforward to set up, with the front wheel of ones bicycle removed, and the front fork of the bike placed in the forward triangle of the Omnium. The trainer folds for easy transport, and a carrying bag is included. The device is somewhat heavy, a concern with regards to baggage fees for air travel, but the Omnium appears to be well made. It is not inexpensive, however. Overall, a very good product at the lower range of prices for converting ones bicycle into a stationary bike, but worth the price in order to train indoors while traveling.

Portable and easy to use. Good for track events or road events. Excellent for loading in car, bus or plane. Can use with road or track bicycle.
The description says no resistance but that is simply not the case if you are overweight. Ive tried different bikes with different tire sizes and there is just too much resistance even on the easiest of gears.I will say the feel of the bike moving naturally is spot-on. If you need something to get warmed up on for a brief period, this is a good trainer. Sadly it just didnit work out for me.
This trainer sets up in minutes and provides a realistiic cycling workout. Use your own gears to change resistance and cycle away. Breaks down and packs up in minutes too.
Works as advertised. Set-up is stable. Easy to set-up/take down. Very portable. Workout is as expected. Best for steady state and volume versus intervals.

I'm an intermediate cyclist and am using this as a trainer during the Coronavirus quarantine logging about an hour daily. For ease of use, I love the fact that I works by removing the front wheel rather than having to hassle with the rear wheel. It's very stable, solid, quiet, and the looks to be really well made.
