Perfect thickness for my hiking boots. They are compression and really help after a long day. Feel soft. I ordered a small and wear a woman’s 8 and they were a good fit. I often struggle with the right size sock. I haven’t used them for a long haul so the Via Francigena will the the ultimate test

Warmest wool socks I ever wore without the bulk. Crew top was a little too snug for my legs as they left some red marks at the top after a full day. I originally bought these for hiking with my tall boots on cooler days. I'm 5'8 and 170 lbs. I thought the crew would provide better protection on taller hiking boots. They were too snug to have them go up my calf so I slouched them. I think I would be better off with the mini crew. I also have the low cut merino wool socks that I absolutely adore! I just think these were not made for women with any kind of calf.

Best socks ever! Much better than Swiftwick and defeet.Plus have lifetime Guaranteed. I have been wearing Features no show for awhile and decided to try wool bend crew for colder weather. Great fit tight in all the right places with room to move your toes. If only I had known I would have had drawer full with all the money spent on wearing holes in the other brands.

I started out with low-cut Feetures socks for casual wear, and I’ve now transitioned to wearing their crew socks almost exclusively for work as well. I have tried all the prominent brands and find Feetures to be the very best for me, primarily because I don’t have to keep pulling them up all day. Their Merino are my favorite—the fit is perfect, and the material is so nice. I did notice this most recent version appears to be reinforced even more at the toe and heel which should add to their durability. Please never stop making the socks!
That nearly as thick or as comfortable as their older version. I have several pairs of these from years ago which have far more cushioning, went up higher on the leg for a better compression, And far thicker than the new version. The ones that I have from years ago, despite being well worn, are more supportive and will likely outlive the new socks. Im very disappointed with these. Given how costly they are, i would expect far better quality
I wanted heavyweight socks from Smartwool but they're not made anymore. I searched many more high-quality suppliers without luck and took a chance on Feetures. Glad I did because I've worn them all week for all occasions. It's a different feel from what I wanted but I like it and feel it's more supportive than the heavies. And, they're not gaudy looking.
I'm a year round trail runner. So when the temperature drops I need to wear wool socks for added warmth. I've tried so many different well known brands but all of them would lose their elastic grip around my lower calves. They also would shift, move, and bunch up around my toes causing jamming. But, these socks rock!! I've used these for a little more than a month and put over fifty miles in them. Never have they shifted, moved, cramped my toes, or lose their elastic grip. A very comfortable winter run now! Will be buying more for next Winter.
My husband ONLY wears Feetures ….for golf, every day wear and immediately changes from dress socks to Feetures when he returns home from work.He loves the arch support, cushioned heels and toes, and the warmth(Yet, his feet don’t sweat in Feetures)He says, “since wearing the socks, I no longer have issues with Plantar Fasciitis and my feet don’t get tired after working all day”
These were referred to me because of my plantar fasciitis. The jury is out about their effect; but they feel good so far! I'm impressed that there's a distinction between left and right feet, and hope that bodes well for their effect.
I've enjoyed Feetures socks for many years. The Merino 10 Max Cushion are not an exception. They are very comfortable. I request Feetures offer even more cushioning for those days when you are on your feet all day. However, all the other thicker wool-based socks are simply not as comfortable overall as Feetures. I'll combine them with (re)cork orthopedic insoles.
