Your socks are good. But there are lots of Brands that have good socks. If I going to pay more than ave. for your socks with the idea that you have a lifetime warranty, I'm OK with that. I just did your warranty for three socks that got wholes in them in about a year. You sent me a coupon good for less then two pair of socks that I can only use on your website. I paid for shipping. I am OK with paying for shipping, but I'm not OK with you not replacing your socks that have a lifetime warranty on. Even after your coupon I probably paid the cost of the socks plus shipping. After going through your warranty process I can see I can get the same quality sock for much less or pay about the same to another company that will replace worn out socks.

Before a summer trip, I bough five new pairs of "warm weather" socks from REI. All were ankle height or lower, most were merino or a blend, and most were brands I'd purchased before. I have some ongoing foot pain issues, so I am picky about wearing excellent socks. I don't need any other reason to notice my feet (beyond the pain from a medical condition!)The Feetures Merino 10 in Creamsicle turned out to be my favorite pair, though this was my first time trying the brand. They were also the most expensive pair I bought. I ordered a size Medium to fit my ladies' size 7.5 foot.It doesn't hurt that I love the orange-y coral color for summer. It goes with lots of clothes I already own, and I like a lower contrast between my skin tone and my sock. I just think a skin-tone-ish color draws less attention to my feet and maybe makes me look a tiny bit taller.Certainly the thin, smooth nature of the material is another huge plus for me. In spite of my foot issues, I try to address them with stretching, exercise, judicious use of orthotics, and good form, not with extra cushy layers between my damaged foot and the floor. The Feetures merino/tencel blend is lightweight and breathable, just as wool should be, but smooth and not "too hot" for summer wear. Before my foot issues got so bad, I was a "barefoot at home all summer" person since I dislike feeling overly warm. This is a great minimalist sock for someone like me.Other brands from my order were Smartwool, Darn Tough, and Wrightsocks. All were size M (except the Darn Tough where I size up to a Large because I think they shrink more than average over time.) If these Feetures socks last anywhere near as long as Darn Toughs (currently IMO the longest lasting wool socks), I will consider paying the price premium for more of these in the future. Smartwool tends to be much cheaper, but I find they wear out the fastest of all my wool socks. I love the fit of the Hide & Seek line, however.

I've been dealing with pain & cramping in both feet, with the right being much worse than the left, for close to a year. I was diagnosed with PF and given some stretches to do, and told to roll my feet over a frozen water bottle for relief. That helped, to a degree. Then I spent a lot of money on really good sneakers and sandals, and that helped even more. But the store where I got the shoes introduced me to Feetures socks. Then I found the PF relief socks on their website, and ordered some of those. And I can finally say that I am truly experiencing relief and improvement. I won't say it's all because of the socks, probably more a combination of everything, but the socks are a big part of it, and I just ordered some more. I’ve been a feetures fan for years since someone bought me a few pairs for Christmas like 5 years ago. I finally decided to replace my other non-feetures socks with feetures socks, even though they’re a bit pricey because I knew they’d last. I ordered the elite Max cushion (same ones as I’ve had for 5 years) and of the 6 pairs I bought, FOUR of them have had problems. And I only bought them in January. 3 of them lost the heel fluff almost immediately and one pair I just noticed today is tearing at the heel joint. Okay, maybe just bad luck right? So I email customer service and they tell me I have to mail in all the “defective” socks and then they have to receive them before they’ll send me a credit to buy new ones. So even though I sent photos of the damage I now ... MoreI’ve been a feetures fan for years since someone bought me a few pairs for Christmas like 5 years ago. Feature's socks are the BEST on the Market that I have found. I have about 8 pairs still that I purchased at least 6 years ago. I wear them almost every day. NONE of them have holes & the fit & feel are exactly like they were when I bought them brand new. YES.....They are extremely pricey but worth every penny spent. I wish I could buy more, but with me living on just SS & with prices nowadays on everything else, it is just not possible at this time. BUT maybe next year I will be able to. THANKS, Feetures for making a reliable, comfortable & long-lasting sock. THESE socks I bought for a little girl that has trouble with her socks always slipping down in her shoe. SHE loves these socks.
I am a 65 year old athlete. I play approximately 60 softball games per year, and compete in sprinting events in the NC and Georgia Senior Games. I recently won 6 Gold medals in these 2 state games for the 50 meter-100meter-200 meter dash. I have owned Feetures socks for approximately 5 years, long compression socks, and just this year the plantar facia socks. These are the very best socks that I have ever owned. Athletes spend huge sums of money on shoes, but most times pay little to no attention to their socks. Socks are just as important as shoes. I trained 13 weeks for the Senior Games, 3 to 4 times per week. Many days were 3 to 4 hours of vigorous workout, with 2 hours of that being on the track at our local university. At 65, this much activity will make your feet tender and sore. My Feetures plantar facia socks really helped to protect my feet. 3 softball games in a day also requires support and protection of your feet. I don't do anything without my Feetures socks, and I like them so much, I now seem to wear them for everyday use, even when I am not on the track or ballfield! They are worth the money to help protect your feet! Tim Mays
When my husband discovered Feetures Elite Max Cushion socks, our feet have not been the same since, and in a good way. They are the most comfortable socks, and are so helpful to aging, sore, tired feet. My husband walks in a lot of airports for his job, and these socks have made a world of difference for him. I have some auto immune issues that causes my feet to hurt as well as bouts w/plantar fasciitis and they even make a sock for that. Each sock tells you which foot to put it on too, right and left. Sock Geek usually has the cheapest prices we can find on Feetures socks. The weekend of Black Friday and Cyber Monday we stocked up on this wonderful product with the additional discount they offered. Received my new socks (pink, medium). Upon opening the package the arch of the left sock is picked up, like scratches to the fabric almost like velcro looks like it might have stuck to it and been pulled away. This is unacceptable for socks that are this costly. I bought them on Feetures.com and paid for shipping, so around $32 total. I processed the return marking them as Damaged to see about sending them back to get a replacement but looks like the only option is the $25 credit to the store or $25 return. Either way I am out about $7 for shipping and really I wanted a return so I could get another pair. Replacement isn't an option without going through a credit and rebuying which is going to charge me the shipping again! So no thanks. I will keep the scratched up socks and never buy them from here again. Hopefully they help anyway, but when I look at them I am very displeased to spend that much on something not in tip top shape when I received it. As far as reviewing the fit, I wear a size 7.5/8 in a shoe, I bought the pink mediums. The toe area is roomy and not confining, the arch area is a snug but not constricting. It feels more snug on my right foot than my left foot and my left is the one having issues. So here's hoping it works anyway. Wish it was more snug. Wish it was not damaged upon arrival. Wish Feetures would swap them out even steven for another pair since they sent them to me damaged. Good luck with yours!
I was first introduced to the Elite Max Cushion No Show Tab 4 years ago. In the past 4 years the few pairs I had saw countless buddies come and go in my sock drawer, but whenever I was going for a walk or jog or travel day on my feet in general I would reach for these. The cushioning is perfect while not making the socks too warm for a southern summer, and the tab is so smart and protects my heels from blisters in the many different shoes I've worn with them. I can even wear them a few times between washes, and they've never been stinky or gotten stretched out like other socks. I love them so much I even kept wearing them when they finally started to get worn out and get holes on the balls of my feet (after 4 years - other socks last just a few months). My favorite ... MoreI was first introduced to the Elite Max Cushion No Show Tab 4 years ago. I was skeptical but the compression is real! I have recurring pain in my instep when I walk a lot, but it's not an issue with these socks. I'm a believer now!Now with the sustainable fabric, I feel great replacing all my socks with these. It's like Christmas. Who knew socks could feel like such a luxury but these really are a life upgrade. I've tried other brands - no more. Feetures Elite Max for life!!!
The plantar fasciitis socks appear to be made of a durable material, high quality construction. We didn't love them because they are so thin, made of a slick fabric, no stretch, like thick women's stockings. My husband wears 13 wide shoes, but the XL sock size was far too tight in width around his foot and in length. The socks made his feet look like a stuffed sausage. The fabric folds across his feet, and was a challenge for him to straighten the fabric out. I helped adjust them because i have long nails, but it's not a great solution for daily use. We just returned these and purchased the regular elite max cushion feetures socks, and he is much happier with the fit and compression.
