I much prefer taking these supplements before, during and after pregnancy as they have everything i need and aren't as pricey as others. They also don't make me feel sick during the morning sickness phase....if that makes sense! ?

I loved finding a pregnancy multivitamin that contains some fish oil. I havent had any reflux issues with this formula whereas fish oil tablets usually do. I am alternating this with Elevit because its cheaper, and contains omega fats, however it has less magnesium and iron than Elevit. The amounts of vitamins and minerals varies greatly.
Great prenatal vitamin. No aftertaste. It's a gel capsule on the larger size, but I find it still easy to swallow. All in all I think they do a good job. Affordable price too .
Couldn't take Elevit this time due to bad gagging in 1st trimester. Fefol liquid tablets, though just as big is without the strong smell. A big plus!
I’ve used this product for two pregnancy and breastfeedings. It’s affordable and has everything you need. I showed my doctor, he was impressed with the levels of minerals and vitamins. I recommend it to other women
I found it exhausting looking through all of the options for pregnancy multivitamins. There are so many variables and so much conflicting information. This one met the requirements that my doctor gave me in terms of active ingredients, it didn't upset my stomach and it's much cheaper than some of the alternatives. I appreciate that it's only one tablet a day, and as a liquid capsule, it's easy to take.
My favourite type. I couldn’t tolerate any pregnancy multivitamin except this one. Fabulous value as well.
love it. Wouldn't use any other brandname with expensive pricetags. These tablets are ginormous mind you but have everything you need pre-natal
