This dual monitor arm was far and way the winner when I was searching for the 25 I would need for our office reconfiguration. The price is excellent for the value. The only slight criticism I have is that the assembly instructions could be more clear by separating the instructions for an arm that will clamp to the desk or one which will "stand alone". There is an enormous amount of totally wasted bits and pieces included in each box - do they end of in the landful somewhere? - this is offensive to our commitment to the environment. The arm is very sturdy and more than able to hold two 24" monitors to save desktop space.

I received this product free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. I have been wanting a dual arm product for my monitors so that I would have more room on my very crowded desk. This product fits the bill. It took a while for me to figure out how to assemble it since the instruction sheet was somewhat confusing and I am not that good at assembling things. I have only had it installed for a few days so I can't speak to anything long term (as in how well it lasts over a period of time, etc.). So far, so good. Overall this is a good monitor arm I dont have a desk that I can clamp on to the edge and so needed to install this through the cord grommet. This does have an option for this type of installation however it uses a flat metal plate over the grommet hole and there are only two very small holes in the plate to feed cords and cables through. This was not going to work for me, so I adapted and used the clamp installation through the grommet hole. You will need a hole 3 across in order to do this plus some small disassembly of the clamp piece with a screwdriver. Once installed you must decide on how high it will be positioned on the pole as that is a fixed position it is easy to move the monitor backforward leftright tilt updown or spin 90 degrees. You can easily adjust the tension with an included allen wrench if you need to make the movements easier or mot as easy. Its been great to have so much flexibility with the monitor

We used this Fellowes Reflex Dual Monitor Arms for our desktop monitor. I like that it is simple and easy to use. The assembly was very easy. A single person can use this for assembly without needing another person to hold parts for example. The arm is very stable and sturdy but also easy to maneuver. The height can be adjusted to prevent any neck or eye strain. This product is great for an office space where two monitors up to 17 pounds can be mounted on with the arms. I'd recommend it.
I have been wanting to mount my monitors for some time now and I am glad I got this to do so. The instructions are pictures and no words but is fairly easy to put together. It took about 30 mins from opening the box to finish. You wouldn't think something so simple would open up a lot of space but it does. It is very sturdy and top quality product. You can adjust the height you would like your monitors as well. I have had no issues from this product and highly recommend to anyone looking for monitor mounts.
One of the first things I noticed when pulling this out of the box was the number of parts it came with. It did take over 30 mins to figure it out as the directions were not super clear. It comes with 2 Allen wrenches to help but I found the clamp needed a 3rd sized wrench that I had to go find. I needed to unscrew a portion so it could fit the desk since theres a shelf on top of my desk. In order to do it. You have to resize the clamp section. That was super frustrating.Given the time it took to put together and finally fasten it to the desk, adding the monitors was pretty easy. My son has 2 different sized monitors, one of which is curved. This stand was able to accommodate both and fixing the monitor to the stand was pretty simple. I was one of many chosen to review the product. The product itself looks very sturdy however I am not able to use it in my office because the size of clamp compared to my desk in about 2-3 inches in deep. My office table has a back that hinders that clamp from going in further. The instruction that came with it is very hard to follow. I pride myself good at following how to instructions but I cannot understand how to proceed looking at the diagram. This can probably be good to install on a computer table or any office desk that is open sided.

Adjusted just right, each arm can be free to move in any way (swing/tilt/whatever) to view both screens as needed. Super easy to install and setup. It makes for a nice monitor configuration, long term! I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to evaluate this product. In my opinion, you have a clear winner.

A few minor gripes 1) The arms could be a bit longer to allow for better positioning of two 27" monitors. If you are using it for 24" or smaller monitors, then the length is perfect and gives you lots of flexibility. With two 27" monitors you can adjust, but it is a bit twitchy to get them exactly as you want it.. an extra inch at each end would eliminate the issue. 2) it would have been helpful to have an assembly video in addition to the Ikea like pictographs on assembly. This design far exceeded my expectations. The flexibility it has given me with the placement of my monitors has been phenomenal. It has allowed me to free up some much-needed space on my desk. The only issue I had with the installation process was with the clarity of part of the instructions. They were not very clear, at least for me, on which installation method I should use based on my desk type. If you had installed these types of monitor arms before, I am sure it would not have been an issue, but as this was my first time, I was a little confused. Once I got past that part, it was easy peasy. I love my Reflex Dual Monitor Arm system. Thank you for Fellowes for another well-designed product!
