On the surface this beauty looks like a classic reissued Strat, but sneaking in amongst it's appointments are some very modern and new features designed for 21 century players that produce a fantastic playing feel and sound from the moment it's plugged in. Featuring the new 4th generation Noiseless pickups which are only found in this series, and are a massive step forward for Fender's pickup designs. Still producing a vintage sound with almost entirely noiseless performance, giving off warm and fat overdrive tones for the rock'n'roll requirements. The compound neck is comfortable for all playing styles, it's a modern C profile at the nut and slowly changes to a modern D profile by the time it reaches the neck heel. The neck heel itself has a new taper as well and is incredibly comfortable accessing the very top frets. The body is also sporting new contours on the back and forarm that are more ergonomic for the player, while still looking like the Strat you know and love. Specs include a Alder body, Maple neck, Ebony fret board and Medium Jumbo frets.
