A traditional Tele aesthetic hides the fact that this guitar has a 24" scale length (think Mustang/Jaguar) and a slightly more compact than usual body (around 94% the size of a full-scale Telecaster). Shorter scales make for easier fretting/fingering of notes and chords, and makes it easier to reach between frets. The Junior Collection also features a sculpted back cut on the body, and capitalises on electronics cavities to introduce a chambered design, making for a lighter, more comfortable, and more ergonomic playing experience. Crisp Tele twang is easily dialled in via a pair of Junior Collection Modified Single-Coil Telecaster pickups, and a string-through-body design makes for rock solid tuning stabililty.
