Looks amazing, nice size & colour. The speakers do not sound the best though as no matter how much i clean the vinyls the speakers sound crackly so i’d recommend using external speakers. Other than that, it’s pretty good.

It's a beautiful record player and easy to use however i received it this morning with the box clearly opened previously and the needle isn't working as it should. Didn't even come with a replacement as the box said it would so I can't use it right now. Hoping they can send a replacement needle because i do love how it looks.

It looks good however the sound isn’t as sharp as I had hoped. It is a little crackly! Perhaps we could look at exchanging it.
Just what I was looking for. Love that I can listen to it via Bluetooth through my speakers but love that it has its own speakers too. Looks great!
Ordered this as a gift and couldn’t set it up cause it didn’t come with the power cable or any other cables. Plugged a 5V 2A cable in (the one stated on the box) and player began to smell of smoke. Don’t even know how it sounds yet.
The unit looks great, but unfortunately is also missing the power cable. It would have been great if the team could have checked this in advance. Very disappointing as we’re unable to set it up without it.
Just replace the needle when u get it with a diamond needle for about $7. Plays beautifully, the spindle also spins so very smooth. The tone arm head can take magnetic stylus so that's a bonus.
Unfortunately I am not satisfied with either the product or the service. I have contacted you because the product is faulty and it is not possible to listen to the vinyls without disturbances. The answer I got was that I can return it under your change of mind policy.
