I chose the color 2 light with neural tones and it is a little lighter than my natural skin tone, but it does come in a good shade range. The Hydrablend complex, plus it’s humidity, sweat and transfer proof formula makes it easy to layer with my other skincare products and primer. This product would work best for summer of spring time best, for colder months I’m going to need a more dewy, hydrating product. All in all I do like this on days I want a light base, natural look that’s fast and easy. It does blur the skin and give you a natural looking finish. I would recommend this product to those who want more of a matte product.

Caused severe irritation/burning/redness

I have dry skin that is not super sensitive but kind of and I wore this for 2 days. The first day I wore it I noticed 7-8 little pimples on my neck while applying it to my face and thought it was from a skincare product but later realized it was from when the Sephora employee swatched it on my neck. The first night I washed my face after using it my skin was so so red, irritated, sensitive, burning. Even the most calming gentle skincare was burning a lot. The second day was even worse. At first I thought it was bc of a HA moisturizer I was using too bc I know HA can dry out skin but after reading the reviews on this and stopping using this I know now that this skin tint is what ruined my skin for those 2 days. Bought this a few weeks ago because I was looking to get back into foundation, heard a few good things about this one and fancied giving it a try. I have combination skin but tend to have dry patches on my cheeks. This tint clings to ANY little bit of texture of your face and it makes my dry patches look horrendous. It blends out really well, gives you plenty of time to work with the product on your face. I have oily skin (breaks makeup down) so if worn without a primer it can occasionally crease on my frown line, eye lids and nose corners within a few hours. But usually I use this without a primer, and it is good to go all day. It was really simple to choose my colour although I did go on the Fenty website to do this as they show you examples. It had a bit more coverage than I was expecting tbh and is not a coverage I would usually use as I’m quite young so do not need anything heavy. But I’m glad I chose this. Looks cakey on oily skin

For the most part this product works as advertised, it's light/medium coverage and after it gets some time to settle into my skin it really does BLUR. Like my pores are INVISIBLE. Unfortunately, I don't know if it's because I'm applying it wrong, but this skin tint tends to look really cakey and thick when I first put it on, even if I only use a few drops. I'm not sure if I should be applying it without primer/not setting it with powder, but it just looks cakey and rough on me. I noticed that a few hours after application, it had time to "marinate" and looked a lot nicer (I have really oily skin that helps melt makeup into it), but I wasn't terribly impressed overall. I was having a good skin week and SO excited to try this out. My skin was dewy and ready—I’m an acne prone gal so a good skin week/month is a big deal to me when I find a routine that my skin likes. Picked this up at Sephora yesterday and applied it this morning. It goes on quite nicely with a sponge or your fingers. The coverage is obviously quite light, but it is a skin tint so that's to be expected. Most imperfections will be blurred, but stubborn ones are a bit trickier. The coverage is better than I thought it was going to be, and if you use concealer on spots you need covered the most then it shouldn't be an issue. The formula is very lightweight, which is very nice in the summertime when you don't want too much heavy product on your face. Does not have a smell to it, so sensitive noses are safe. Lasts all day, but may crease a bit on fine lines. Bought this because I discovered that my NARS tinted moisturiser was breaking me out. I am getting older and the fuller foundation look that I use to wear no longer suits my lifestyle or skin. The fenty shades suit me and I generally love the finish of the products. This combined with the fact that it is acne friendly appealed immediately to me. First impression was average but I am growing to like it more as I learn how to use it properly. It did not mix well with my NARS concealer so I had to switch this out for a fenty concealer. Spreads nicely on the skin, but blends out to a very light coverage. Could see all of my hyperpigmentation underneath. Goes best on really well moisturised skin, and this way gives a second skin look.
