I was so excited to get the Gloss Bomb Stix High Shine by Fenty Beauty for the obvious reason - it's Fenty, so it's going to be great with two thumbs up. I have to turn it in a circle as I apply it to maintain contact with an edge on my lip line. Picture that if you can, there's no room for diagrams or even chalk really.For the price, I'd just as soon get a lipstick with a glossy sheen and wear my hair up. Sorry RiRi.

I received these products for free from Influenster and brand(s) in exchange for my honest review.This gloss stick smells just like their liquid lip gloss bombs and I find the lightweight (plastic) color coded packaging to be a nice touch. The shade I received, Sp’Ice Cold, is a neutral pink nude/brown color and I find it ever so slightly reminiscent of the Tower28 gloss in the shade Wild. The supple formula of this stick glides on really easy but doesn’t seem to ‘glob’ in any one area like I found the Yves Saint Laurent one to do. The effect is shiny with a nice pigment level. You’ll find that it is encased in a beautiful shadow box style pentagon tube that is a Lucious red that matches perfectly to the color of the gloss stick itself. The casing boasts a beautiful FB stamp on the lid along with Fenty Beauty printed down the length of one side of the lid as well. As for the gloss still you will find the FB logo embossed on the tip perfectly showing off its beauty. It has a light scent that I personally find to be a light fruity, almost strawberry scent. Taking into account the beautiful packaging, quality ingredients and long wear, Fenty Beauty’s Gloss Bomb Stix is very well priced. I tried and highly recommend High’Biscus which is a lovely rosy pink shade. This is the perfect one and done product for my purse. No more need to carry both a lipstick and lipgloss-thank you Fenty Beauty!
The gloss bomb stix smell great and are really comfortable to wear being the perfect Hybrid between a gloss and a lipstick without any stickiness. I really like how buildable the colour is with this product which makes it really flexible. It allows for a sheer hint of colour for daytime wear transitioning to heavier coverage and a bigger colour payoff for evening all in one product. All of this without the need for buffing/blending out or much product manipulation whist retaining a high level of moisturisation throughout.My only slight issue is that the colour selection chart seems a little bit misrepresentative, the arm swatches and even the packaging are much more accurate and I wish I'd been able to see these when I selected my colour. I selected the shade Riri which is a lovely colour but as my lips are quite highly pigmented it essentially reads as my natural lip colour but better. When heavily layered the yellow tones in my skin emphasise the blue tones in the Mauve and after seeing the arm swatches I think that Sp'ice cold may have been a better fit as it appears on the arm to be much darker than its initial colour selection swatch.
