Fenty Skin Butta Drop Whipped Oil Body Cream Mini

This body butter from Fenty is probably one of the most luxurious body butters that I’ve had the pleasure of trying. It’s extremely smooth and has a rich feeling while at the same time being lightweight. I have the mini size and the packaging is practical and is a great size to travel with. Butta Drop in the scent Warm Cinnamon is an absolutely delicious scent! It’s reminiscent of a gingerbread cookie! If you like the smell of Jo Malone’s Ginger Biscuit, you’ll adore this scent! However, the scent doesn’t linger long, around 1-2 hours before it fades. The cream itself is a beautiful light and whipped texture. The rate of absorption for the cream is very fast. The hydration factor is also great. The only other con (apart from the short lasting scent) is that this is loaded with an insane amount of glitter! If you don’t like glitter (like me), I would not recommend this but if you love to sparkle like a vampire, highly recommend! Overall it’s a nice product!

What’s interesting is how long it lasts on the skin. When I take an evening bath, my skin is still soft and moisturized from the mornings application. It doesn’t go on greasy and melts into the skin. The very pretty, light scent was where my ooh's & aah's with the product initially ended. Testing it out turned me into a greasy mess. No matter how hard I tried I couldn't rub in and felt like a toddler with all the fingerprints I was leaving behind. I believe in giving products a fair shot. I decided to try it a few different ways, one being with less product, especially on dry skin. Another way I use the product, and the way that made me fall in love, is when using it while my skin is still damp (not wet, damp). You know it’s there but it isn’t sticky/greasy. I’ve found it quite hydrating and I have very dry skin!I have a hard time finding scents that don’t aggravate my asthma and this has been great for me! The scent is a fairly sweet, creamy cinnamon scent without being too heavily food-like. It lasts a while but isn’t too overwhelming. My Moisture Holy Grail

This body cream is, hands down, the best I’ve ever used. I’m in my 50’s and have very dry skin. My skin gets especially dry during the long Chicago winters. I began using this product over the holidays and I can honestly say that my skin has never felt more hydrated. It’s incredibly rich and thick, yet never greasy. The scent in both the original and cinnamon versions are incredible. They smell heavenly. The subtle shimmer in the cinnamon version is a bonus! I’ve become a huge fan of the entire Fenty makeup line, and now I can say that the skincare line is equally impressive. I would recommend this product to everyone, young and old, especially those with dry and/or mature skin.

Obsessed!

This has been my favorite moisturizer ever since it launched. I've been using it for years. I don't have anything bad to say about this product except the price is a bit steep. But, I have to say it is still worth the price because of the high quality ingredients and the fact that it really helps my skin! I tried the warm cinnamon fragrance and am so obsessed with the smell I had to write a review! The original smells good but the warm cinnamon smells almost like a cookie, but not sickeningly sweet like B&B fragrances (iykyk). It smells so good that I keep re-applying for the fragrance alone! If you haven't tried the warm cinnamon I highly recommend it! If you haven't tried butta drop at all, girl get with the program and pamper your skin!

I wish I knew other languages to properly express my disappointment in this product. My Ouai body Créme smells so much better and keeps my skin just as hydrated. For the price point of this, I was expecting A LUXURIOUS EXPERIENCE. The scent is giving very much so nothingness, okay? There's a hint of a scent while it's in the jar, but when I apply it, NOTHING. I had to go back to the app to reread the scent notes. Tropical and fruity where baby? Pfft! I appreciate the texture and how hydrated it keeps my dry skin but chiiiiile BOO! This just ain't it.
