I got home with product and it was a black case. I dont have energy or capacity to return so i have installed the black one. A little disappointing that the sales person did not check the order. I guess i should have.

The item was supplied with damage to the outer case.Although it seems to work OK I would not recommend this supplier as I received no response to my emails. They even substituted the item from what I had ordered - without any notice to me.FIAMMA are a good brand with great equipment. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Great awning. unfortuantly I did not lower it enough one night and during a storm the rainwater collected in it and bent the front panel. I am currently awaiting a response from your company if replacement fronts are available to enable me to repair the awning.
This product arrived quickly after it was ordered. Within 3 days. Fairly easy for my husband to install. We filled in the gap between the awning and our Jayco Eagle as was suggested and no problems there. We are out using it for the first time this week. Went up like a breeze. We also purchased the tie down straps and anti flap kit that go with the awning and feel we now have a very sturdy addition to our van. Would highly recommend.
I have only had my Fiamma awning on my RV for one month but it is excellent. It's simple to open and close and handles a reasonable wind with easeThe unit was easy to fit and the basic mounts suited my RVall in all very happy with the unit
The awning was easy to install and simple and quick to operate. Can supplement with additional attachments to increase shade area. Very satisfied with product and service.
While I haven't fitted my awning yet(wife has broken ankle, so all the chores are mine)I've done some measuring and it's seems perfect for my needs. Despatch and delivery was timely and seamless and it was packed brilliantly and arrived in perfect condition.
I’ve owned 3 awnings to date! Of the three awnings I owned, this is by far my favorite! First is the ease of use. This awning takes less than a minute to setup with only 1 person! Something that is just unmatched! The quality of this awning is the next noticeable feature. We’ve used this awning in almost all the element and it’s held up amazing! This is a product worth considering to add that extra touch to your van!!
