I have never left a bad review on anything but this product makes me so mad that I took time to write this review! Worst design ever! This will break within moments and the darn thing is so hard to assemble it honestly makes this the worst design for a dog house - especially large dogs. A bit of wind and the house falls down. The dog goes inside and the house falls down. I swear, you look at it and the house falls down. For the price I’m very disappointed

The Pet Home was relatively easy to assemble by one person. It is large enough for a big dog. I like that, being plastic, it is not heavy and hence can be moved to different parts of the yard easily (so you can move it to a shady spot or a sunny one). I'm not sure yet how warm it would become in hot weather, although there is some air flow as there is a vent at the back. I mainly wanted it for shelter when it rained. So far the dog is not using it a lot. This could be because we initially put a dog bed inside, which we think she doesn't want in there. Or it could be that as a puppy (albeit a large one), she just isn't used to it. I think it is a good product that was exactly as advertised. I would have given it 5 stars if the dog had loved it instantly!!

I bought this for my Labrador Retriever. It was a bit of a pain to put together (took about 45min-1hour), but that's just me. I read the reviews before I purchased this and some said it was easy, others said it was hard.Seems a bit flimsy when you get it out of the box, but once it is together it feels much sturdier.Pretty large inside and she can turn around in it.I think it will hold out heavy rain, but I'll have to wait and see.
